It feels like over 50% of all fast charging stations are down all around the Los Angeles area and it's surrounding suburbs. Calling customer service is an absolute waste. The outsourced calling center sticks to there script and aren't able to help in any real way. They could tell you they have taken note of a down charger but it doesn't feel like it makes a difference because we've seen chargers down for months without ever being serviced. If you have a choice I wouldn't see EVgo as a benefit or convenience in any way. This is the biggest free headache anyone could ever have.

The underground parking with security is a great feature, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The maintenance team is outstanding; every time I needed something fixed, it was taken care of the same day. The Colonies is walking distance, and everything you need is right there! (Grocery, restaurants, Shopping centers, etc.) It was a beautiful four years filled with many great memories. I highly recommend The Upland if you're planning on moving!
