As a woman charging late at night, the security presence made a huge difference. It made the station feel safe and monitored, which is honestly something a lot of late-night charging locations lack. The restroom access and lounge were also a big plus since charging can take a while. Unfortunately, those features are gone now. The restrooms are only available during "business hours," and the 24/7 security appears to have been removed. That completely changes the experience for those of us who charge at night. To be blunt, those were the things that made this station worth coming to. Without security and without restroom access late at night, it's really just another charger, and not necessarily one I'll go out of my way to use anymore. It's disappointing to see a location that used to feel safe and accommodating move in the opposite direction. I hope BP Pulse reconsiders these changes, because they mattered more than management probably realizes.

I came here for purchasing a new car battery and recycling an old one. The service was excellent - they asked for the car model, shared the various battery options. I purchased a battery with 3 year warrantee and also lasts longer than the standard battery ($179) for $209. I also asked a tough question of "do you have any parts for EV's" and the front desk was able to look up what the store has to offer for certain car brands and models. Next time, I will be sure to come back for windshield wiper replacements and windshield fluid - it was pretty affordable. Overall, with the great selection, great price, and great service, I will be sure to come back to this O'Reilly for any of my auto part needs!

I scheduled my appointment through the Tesla app and arrived on time, expecting my vehicle to be inspected and repaired. Instead, I was told that the system should never have allowed me to schedule the appointment because the Upland location does not perform this type of repair. I was then directed to a third-party company without receiving any assistance. This experience wasted my time and was extremely frustrating. If the Upland Service Center does not perform this type of repair, Tesla's scheduling system should prevent customers from booking these appointments, or someone should contact the customer in advance to explain the situation. Turning customers away after they arrive is not the level of service I expect from Tesla. I have always appreciated Tesla's products, but this experience fell well below my expectations. I would appreciate an explanation of why this happened, what steps Tesla is taking to prevent similar situations, and whether anything can be done to improve my experience moving forward. Not only that, but there was no other cars charging when I arrived. It actually spooked me out a bit because it's a Saturday early afternoon and the charging rates aren't bad --just 45kWh. It's cheaper than the other stations in the vicinity. Well the amenities at the station is sketchy looking and trash overflowing didn't help perhaps. I wouldn't mind returning if I'm in the area again but wouldn't come here alone at night time.

The lack of chargers working is why I'm hesitant on coming here more than the ones in Pasadena. Almost half the chargers are broken or start working then half way stop. It's hard to know if it's a good time to come by because it'll say two chargers are out but really 6 others are not working. You'll notice some of the cables are on the floor and some people taped "X" or wrote "Broke" as well. It helped a bit but really the charging stations should be maintained better, I feel like they've stayed broken every time I come here.

My wife was taking the car for oil changes and on the 4th one I came in and I was surprised that there was a charge. I explained to the service manager who quickly looked it up and found that I was previously charged as well. Turns out they was to be no charge on them! He fixed the problem and all was okay. Last week they told me that my transmission fluid, brake fluid and radiator fluid was bad based on their multi point inspection. They even provided photos of said "bad" fluids. Turns out I jad replaces and serviced all three at another Toyota certified dealership 2 months prior! The service guy was terrible and unconcerned about the deceptive inspection report. They will RIP YOU OFF ! get a second opinion on everything they claim is needed in their multi point inspection. You will find there are very few things that actually need to be addressed. They also use deception in their language in the report, be careful at this dealership. There was more bs they told me but this is enough.
