Very limited amount of stalls. One side has 30 minute charging only. When we came here around 9PM, there were two open stalls but they had broken charger cables and by reading some other reviews, they have been broken for several months. Definitely will not be returning here.

Great supercharging location and in close proximity to great restaurants like Lucille's BBQ. There is an even an AMC movie theatre. Not only are there 12 bays but a few "PlugShare" stalls next door if you want to top off when the other Tesla bays are busy. Read other reviews and the stalls must have been repaired since it is quite busy on a Friday with everyone charging.

This supercharges are always broken or super slow. Out of all the supercharges I have ever been to this one is the worse by far. I wish Tesla would fix them.

A bit disappointed by this location. I've come many times to find *multiple* superchargers broken. No sign of "out of service" and within the Tesla app it shows then available. Very limited supercharging stations (only 12) -- and the nearest Tesla supercharging would be in San Bernardino, or riverside. I hope that with the rising supercharging rates that Tesla is introducing they use some of those funds to expand their supercharging stations here at Victoria Gardens. This mall is huge and the surrounding area. It's ridiculous only 12x stations exist. On a good note Tesla is introducing a 20+ Tesla supercharging station in north Fontana within the next month. It's all done visually, simply waiting on the electrical final inspection/connection it seems. Can't wait for that!

Attention all Tesla owning mall rats! The Superchargers at Victoria Gardens in Rancho Cucamonga are high output chargers adjacent to an expansive mall. Too many stores to name but more than enough to keep you busy while charging is completed. The mall is open air and offers a clean and spread out area of walkways to wander down if shopping is not of interest. 12 charging stalls with outputs of up to 120 kW will quickly have you back on the road.

This location is across the street from Bass Pro Shop and behind AMC. I stopped by on a Tuesday at 1:30pm and 95% of the stalls were busy. I noticed a line starts to form, so always be courteous and make sure their isn't anyone in line before pulling in. Update: There is usually one charger that is out of service. What my hubby and I learned is that the lit up Tesla red sign on the stall will be out if that stall is not operable.

3 out of 6 damaged charging stations.

I have to say that I'm a true believer in the technology and vision of Tesla. With that said, it is sad to see that 6 out of 12 charging stations are not functioning properly. It's been over a month and they are still not working. In the past 6 months, the charging speeds and the watts are always fluctuations between 20 kilowatts and 70 kilowatts at the best. I've never been able to get my Tesla to charge close to 100 kilowatts. I've called Tesla but unfortunately there is no way to get in touch with anyone to report the outages since the automated service prompts you hang up since they get automated outage notifications directly from the charging stations. I really hope they can repair this situation being that there are very limited stations and the number of Tesla owners is growing.

What the heck is wrong with these chargers?! I tried 3 different chargers here and they are 11kw - 18kw. My timeframe was 2 fucking hours.

I had the same experience as most reviewers here. Great location, close to everything, but slowest charge speeds I have ever experienced. I'll plan better next time on my way to Vegas from Orange County and hit the Baker superchargers.

Super chargers are slow and half of them are broken. At least have a note on which ones aren't functioning.

This location seems neglected. Only about 10 stations and 4 were out of order. 3 cars waiting in line. Very disappointing.

I went to this station tonight and spent over an hour charging and got 40 miles total. What happened?

I love coming to Victoria Gardens! Everything you need is here. From restaurants to quick food…read morespots and stores and I love how everything is outdoors, so you can enjoy the fresh air (when it's a nice day) There's plenty of parking, structures and lots and even some meter parking on the street if you're able to find them. I was here yesterday and found great parking by Macys and hardly a walk to all the things we wanted to go to. It's really pretty here during the Holidays and I like that they blocked off some streets so people could walk a bit more freely. My favorite is coming on a Saturday or Sunday morning before the crowds start and enjoying a coffee and walking around. Excited to see all the new businesses that recently opened here and check them out.

To the new owners of VG…read more.. I've always enjoyed coming to Victoria Gardens--it's a great place for families, shopping, and spending time outdoors. However, one concern that has become more noticeable over the past year is the lack of enforcement on the main streets. There are frequently vehicles speeding through busy areas where families and children are walking, and many drivers seem more focused on showing off how loud their cars are than driving safely. It's not uncommon to hear multiple cars revving their engines within just a few minutes. This creates a very unsafe environment and takes away from what should be a welcoming community space. Increasing police presence, even for short periods of time, would make a noticeable difference and help deter this behavior. I truly believe Victoria Gardens is a great place, but addressing this issue would go a long way in keeping it safe and enjoyable for everyone.

I've been to this outlet for over two decades, so I've seen many of the previous shops that left the outlet, as well as the newer ones. But one thing about Ontario Mills is that there's always visitors and shoppers here. I really cannot think of any visit where it was ever empty - maybe closer to closing, but it still manages to stay busy then, too. There's hundreds of variety of stores here, with popular retailers such as: Puma, Nike, Banana Repulbic, GAP, Tommy Hilfiger, Nordstrom Rack, Columbia, Abercrombie (and now Hollister is now also here). You've got so many choices, you just gotta make the time to do your shopping. But other than the stores. I personally come here for the food court. Not that it's anything spectacular, there's Cajun BBQ, Burger King, Hot Dog on a Stick, to name a few, but just a nice open space to just enjoy a meal after shopping. And I've been to plenty of malls to say the dining space is spacious and clean. Parking here will require a drive through the parking rows sometimes, but you'll find parking, depending where you park. This is a very big outlet, so park closest to whichever stores you want to visit. But yeah, this is a great mall and will look forward to future visits.

A friend of ours recommended this hotel to us, and they stayed here as well. Our room was very clean and large. There was a nice-sized mini refrigerator in the room, along with a small microwave, a coffee pot with coffee, cups, etc., an iron, and an ironing board. My husband said the shower was fantastic. Unfortunately, I didn't get the opportunity to experience it for myself since I had taken a shower at home before the party and wanted to leave right after breakfast so I could watch the Rose Parade. The complimentary breakfast was pretty good. They had scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausages (didn't look good though), fruit, yogurt, cereal, muffins, bagels, and toast. You could also make your own waffle or pancake. My girlfriend made a waffle, and it looked delicious. The only issue I had was when I checked out. I tried to check out on the TV in our room, but I didn't see that option available. I tried to call the front desk, but I couldn't get through. So, I went down to the lobby to check out. There was someone working at the desk, but she was on a very detailed phone call and didn't even glance at me. I didn't have a pen on me or I would've written a note. I just left and then called the hotel in the car and checked out. Other than the check-out process, I really enjoyed this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
