This is one of my go to super chargers in Ontario! It's clean, accessible, convenient and (usually) fast! I have a weird work schedule so I like to come here some weekday mornings, walk my dogs and charge. I did come one afternoon about 4p and there was a weird crowd. Not thugs or anything but just a bunch of random types, let's just say I kept my eye on them and my doors locked. I'm not sure if that was just that day but I never see them in the morning. There was also one afternoon I came when some woman was in a stall with what looked like all her worldly possessions scattered all over the place. It was a hot mess. Only in the afternoons I guess. There is a movie theater just steps away, it's in the large Victoria gardens parking lot, an outdoor mall with lots of shops and food, all within walking distance and there's a private security patrol that comes through every so often. Overall though these chargers are in a great spot just two minutes off the freeway! The rates are mostly good, especially off peak. It's almost always clean and well kept. read more

The lowest charge rate for Tesla "Supercharging" between midnight and 4am at $0.24/kWh (Sept 2025). That is the only positive I can think of for this otherwise convenient location. If you are not in a hurry, this location is perfect, otherwise I would avoid it. read more

I have been using the Tesla Supercharger at Victoria Gardens since it first opened, and it continues to be a reliable and convenient option for me. I often charge my Teslas here when I need to travel to San Diego or Las Vegas and forget to charge at home. The location is perfect--right next to the AMC theater and several of my favorite restaurants like Kabuki, Lucille's, and Paul Martin's. While it can get packed on weekends, I've found that weekdays are usually less busy. The area is always clean and well-maintained. One important tip: make sure to check your phone app and move your car once it's fully charged to avoid idle fees. The only draw back is max charge is 150kw and sometimes if full of cars it slows down drastically. Overall, this Supercharger station is highly convenient and I definitely recommend it! read more

The stalls here are super slow. There are 12 stalls. When we came, all stalls were up, but it was so limited and slow, that we waited over 30 minutes for one spot to free up. I do like that it was close to a shopping area, so you can shop if you need more charge. However, the wait for the stalls was a while. But we did come on a Saturday late afternoon. read more

Not only are there 12 bays but a few "PlugShare" stalls next door if you want to top off when the other Tesla bays are busy. Getting there: Located on the back side of the mall, across the street from Bass Pro shops. If you turn into the VG lot, you'll notice on the far side near the theater is the charging station. Experience: Usually every time we drive the Tessie to VG we park it at the supercharger for at least 30 minutes. We haven't had any issues yet except that there aren't many superchargers so it can get crowded...esp if there at peak time. If you're just looking to charge your car there is another one down the highway off Summit. I haven't been to that one yet so I am not sure how crowded it gets. read more

A bit disappointed by this location. I've come many times to find *multiple* superchargers broken. No sign of "out of service" and within the Tesla app it shows then available. Very limited supercharging stations (only 12) -- and the nearest Tesla supercharging would be in San Bernardino, or riverside. I hope that with the rising supercharging rates that Tesla is introducing they use some of those funds to expand their supercharging stations here at Victoria Gardens. This mall is huge and the surrounding area. It's ridiculous only 12x stations exist. On a good note Tesla is introducing a 20+ Tesla supercharging station in north Fontana within the next month. It's all done visually, simply waiting on the electrical final inspection/connection it seems. Can't wait for that! read more

Too many stores to name but more than enough to keep you busy while charging is completed. The mall is open air and offers a clean and spread out area of walkways to wander down if shopping is not of interest. 12 charging stalls with outputs of up to 120 kW will quickly have you back on the road. read more

This location is across the street from Bass Pro Shop and behind AMC. I stopped by on a Tuesday at 1:30pm and 95% of the stalls were busy. I noticed a line starts to form, so always be courteous and make sure their isn't anyone in line before pulling in. Update: There is usually one charger that is out of service. What my hubby and I learned is that the lit up Tesla red sign on the stall will be out if that stall is not operable. read more

Came at 9am on a Sunday with 65 miles left on my charge. Station was less than half full and the mall was closed. Station location is great, hence the additional star, but considering this is the closest supercharger to my home for 30 miles, I am EXTREMELY disappointed that these chargers do not go faster than 50mph, even under untaxed circumstances. Tesla needs to resolve the electricity switch associated with this location, as it serves the entire East LA area - nothing between Pasadena and here. Considering Tesla's largest consumer group is LA commuters, you'd think they would prioritize additional chargers. So to see the only one in West IE behavin' like a temperamental toddler is very disappointing. read more

This is a nice place to stop and charge, but there are only 12 stations and it can fill up quickly on weekends. It offers many places to shop and eat with an AMC movie theater. It's a nice place to walk around also as it's more of an outdoor walking shopping center. Food options are pretty from sushi to bbq to Mexican to American to juices and ice cream :). They also have a food hall with basic restaurant choices like Sbarro pizza, Panda Express, Mongolian bbq, Mexican and a few others. Charges fairly fast, except when it's full it goes down to 176 mi/hr. read more

Will start with the positives: convenient location close to Victoria Gardens. Negatives: Very Slow (Average around 23kw), Limited number of stalls, usually have to wait. Better off going up the 15 a mile and half and using Fontana....much much better. read more

I have to say that I'm a true believer in the technology and vision of Tesla. With that said, it is sad to see that 6 out of 12 charging stations are not functioning properly. It's been over a month and they are still not working. In the past 6 months, the charging speeds and the watts are always fluctuations between 20 kilowatts and 70 kilowatts at the best. I've never been able to get my Tesla to charge close to 100 kilowatts. I've called Tesla but unfortunately there is no way to get in touch with anyone to report the outages since the automated service prompts you hang up since they get automated outage notifications directly from the charging stations. I really hope they can repair this situation being that there are very limited stations and the number of Tesla owners is growing. read more

This supercharger location is alright, however, if you're coming here on a weekend, be prepared to wait especially with the increase of Tesla cars in the IE. They need to consider expanding this location out. The three different times I've come here hoping to charge, I've witnessed a very long line of Tesla owners waiting to charge, and all stalls being occupied. Consider that each car takes on approximate 30 minutes to charge, and you still have the few cars of people who are not actively waiting for their car to finish charging - the wait can get very extensive.. time is money, so I instead charged @ home. I suppose this is a good problem to have, as it means Tesla is only expanding in the Inland Empire, and thus, a greener and better environment! Hope to see more supercharger stalls available here in the near future however. Tesla sold a lot of cars in their Q4 2018 push so I only expect this problem to become larger as time passes. On the plus side, I know they will be opening a new supercharger station in North Fontana soon (by Summit), so that should *hopefully* help offload some of the load. Beware of idle fees as well, especially in such a busy and in-demand location like this one. It is not advised to leave your car at the stall for an extended period of time as you can potentially be charged by Tesla idle fees upwards of $0.40 PER minute after your car has finished charging. My favorite spot in the Inland Empire for Tesla Supercharging would definitely have to be the Inland Center Mall location in San Bernardino. Even on weekends, that place always has empty/available stalls. P.S. It's hard to give a supercharger station a bad review, and as-such this one get's four stars. It's near a mall with plenty of things to occupy your time. It's not super-close to the freeway though so that's why it doesn't get five stars. There are clean, accessible bathrooms at the mall that were open at 7am when I charged the P85D there. There is also a Starbucks and a Coffee Bean available to visit and get breakfast at before the mall opens up. As you can see, there are a LOT of charging stations so I doubt that anyone will have a problem waiting to charge. read more

I normally charge my Model 3 at home but I was in the area visiting family so I thought I would check out the Superchargers at Victoria Gardens. There are 12 stalls at VG so if you go at off peak times, you'll find a spot. However, as I went on the weekend, spots were scarce but I did find one! You have to back into the spot, so thankfully my car is equipped with a backup camera and I plugged in. There were cars on both sides of me and a sign that said parking for 30 minutes. That means, you can charge for 30 minutes or you can sit in your car at will like some people did. My mom and I got out of the car to go grab a coffee at the nearby Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. I set my alarm for 30 minutes. The charging stalls are located near the AMC movie theaters so if you're not sure where to go, head in that direction. If you use the "supercharger" finder on your navigation, it will lead you there regardless. Once my 30 minutes was up, I unplugged and drove away. Easy peasy. The charge only cost me $4.94 for 30 minutes and I was at 80% battery after I left. Not too shabby! Way cheaper than gas and I love my new car! read more

Pretty decent superchargers from my experience, in a free outdoor parking area. The mall here has a lot of places to eat, shops, and a movie theater (for when things are open). These are also 150kw superchargers so you can get pretty fast charging especially when you're at a lower percentage. Main downside is this place seems busy often, every time I've been here midday it's full and there's a line of cars waiting for a spot. read more

Yup I can agree this charging station seriously needs a major tune up. And nothing between Rancho and Pasadena. I've heard rumors they're planning one in West Covina which makes complete sense as it's midpoint location. As per usual, Tesla has made an amazing supercharger. It's located right before the 15 freeway on the way to Vegas so if you have range anxiety about reaching Barstow, you can stop by this one to "top off." It's located in a major shopping center where they have food and clothing places as well as an AMC. The bathrooms are a short walk away but they are fairly clean. The only downside is that it's been getting busier and busier since I started coming. Initially there were only 1-2 cars charging at the same time and recently it went up to 5-6. read more

Unless you have to. Skip this Supercharger. Although never the case - anywhere I've been so far - this supercharger is the ghetto. The people who go to this one are not the kind of drivers you want to be around. You'd be a lot better off pushing it and going to a charger where you have the more typical client base. read more

Of all the supercharger locations that I have been to, this is by far the most patron-friendly, at least in terms of nearby amenities. Situated in the northeast corner of Victoria Gardens, it is directly off the corner from the AMC. Within walking distance, one has access to countless shops and restaurants, many of which are upscale. Well then, you might ask, why not 5 stars? The answer is simple: there are ONLY 12 stalls. With this prime location, the stalls fill up quickly. Fortunately, I am here usually on the off-hours, but the one time we met with friends here on a Saturday night, it was a nightmare waiting for a spot in the sweltering heat. We waited for 20+ minutes for a spot to eventually open, and even then, there were still at least 5 others floating around and waiting for a spot, and one crazy woman even hollered at me for reportedly jumping the line. If Barstow got upgraded to 16 stalls, I hope Elon Musk will expand this location's capacity soon. read more
