I've been to this outlet for over two decades, so I've seen many of the previous shops that left the outlet, as well as the newer ones. But one thing about Ontario Mills is that there's always visitors and shoppers here. I really cannot think of any visit where it was ever empty - maybe closer to closing, but it still manages to stay busy then, too. There's hundreds of variety of stores here, with popular retailers such as: Puma, Nike, Banana Repulbic, GAP, Tommy Hilfiger, Nordstrom Rack, Columbia, Abercrombie (and now Hollister is now also here). You've got so many choices, you just gotta make the time to do your shopping. But other than the stores. I personally come here for the food court. Not that it's anything spectacular, there's Cajun BBQ, Burger King, Hot Dog on a Stick, to name a few, but just a nice open space to just enjoy a meal after shopping. And I've been to plenty of malls to say the dining space is spacious and clean. Parking here will require a drive through the parking rows sometimes, but you'll find parking, depending where you park. This is a very big outlet, so park closest to whichever stores you want to visit. But yeah, this is a great mall and will look forward to future visits.

But this is a Friday night, isn't it supposed to open later so people can come shopping?! we walked the whole mall and saw only 3-4 stores are still open, all other stores were closed (and looked like it's been locked down for a while). so sad.

I love coming to Victoria Gardens! Everything you need is here. From restaurants to quick food…read morespots and stores and I love how everything is outdoors, so you can enjoy the fresh air (when it's a nice day) There's plenty of parking, structures and lots and even some meter parking on the street if you're able to find them. I was here yesterday and found great parking by Macys and hardly a walk to all the things we wanted to go to. It's really pretty here during the Holidays and I like that they blocked off some streets so people could walk a bit more freely. My favorite is coming on a Saturday or Sunday morning before the crowds start and enjoying a coffee and walking around. Excited to see all the new businesses that recently opened here and check them out.

To the new owners of VG…read more.. I've always enjoyed coming to Victoria Gardens--it's a great place for families, shopping, and spending time outdoors. However, one concern that has become more noticeable over the past year is the lack of enforcement on the main streets. There are frequently vehicles speeding through busy areas where families and children are walking, and many drivers seem more focused on showing off how loud their cars are than driving safely. It's not uncommon to hear multiple cars revving their engines within just a few minutes. This creates a very unsafe environment and takes away from what should be a welcoming community space. Increasing police presence, even for short periods of time, would make a noticeable difference and help deter this behavior. I truly believe Victoria Gardens is a great place, but addressing this issue would go a long way in keeping it safe and enjoyable for everyone.

The food was delicious and the service impeccable, especially considering it was mother's day eve, and the restaurant was very busy! The issue started after we ordered. Time kept passing with almost no communication from staff. By around 5:15, we were still sitting there waiting on our food with no real updates. ON MOTHER's DAY!! The waitress seemed overwhelmed, and at one point I could visibly see panic/discussions happening with management, which made it pretty clear something went wrong with our order. We tried being patient, had conversations, asked for bread refills, drinks, etc., but eventually we were just sitting there on our phones wondering what was happening. I finally had to get the manager involved myself to ask for an ETA because over an hour for entrees with little communication is excessive. Once management stepped in, suddenly soups started coming out (probono), refills happened faster, and the food magically appeared shortly after. That tells me the situation could have been handled much earlier with proper communication. As for the food itself, it unfortunately did not justify the wait or the upcharges: The "New York" steak upgrade was disappointing and did not feel worth the extra charge at all. Skillet at best.. The loaded potatoes barely felt loaded. Pathetic portions very very disappointed. The halibut was tough. Super tough like I get halibut is a tougher fish but it was jerky.. I was still chewing on my way out the door. Overall, the meal felt mediocre for the price point. Our bill ended up around $145 before tip, and despite the experience, we still tipped generously because we understand restaurants get busy. But respectfully, long waits happen -- poor communication is what frustrates customers. I've had good experiences here before, which is why this visit stood out so much in a negative way. Hopefully management improves communication and quality control because this place has potential when it's operating correctly. Not to mention on Mother's Day mind you. I don't believe we will be returning. nor recommending this place to anyway.. if anything telling them to stay clear away.

The staff was helpful and explained that the macarons were $3.95 each, 6 for $22,and 12 for $37. I decided to try 6, so I chose raspberry, honey lavender, strawberry lemonade, birthday cake, mango passionfruit, and lemon meringue. In all honesty I kind of chose them by their colorful brightness as much as the flavors --- look how pretty they were! Apparently you can store them in the fridge for up to a week (in a Tupperware so they don't change texture), and in a freezer for up to a month. Guess what?! They didn't last even an hour because my husband, daughter, and I tried two each. I especially enjoyed lemon meringue. Next time I'll try dark chocolate and tiramisu! The store is at the Ontario Mills mall. Apparently it originated in New York and this Woops is the only one in California. Another store is coming soon to Sacramento according to the staff at the event last night. If you like macarons, check it out! Or go to buy someone a unique luxury treat! The store also sells other pastries.
