Plenty of stalls here, and the spaces seem to be slightly wider than the Supercharger locations I frequent. Plus I am the only vehicle in the section of stalls I decided to top off at. 4 Teslas charging at the moment out of the 24 available stalls. 5 out of 5. Pricing is also in increments not whole kWh like at Supercharger locations with a fixed price all day long.

I scheduled my appointment through the Tesla app and arrived on time, expecting my vehicle to be inspected and repaired. Instead, I was told that the system should never have allowed me to schedule the appointment because the Upland location does not perform this type of repair. I was then directed to a third-party company without receiving any assistance. This experience wasted my time and was extremely frustrating. If the Upland Service Center does not perform this type of repair, Tesla's scheduling system should prevent customers from booking these appointments, or someone should contact the customer in advance to explain the situation. Turning customers away after they arrive is not the level of service I expect from Tesla. I have always appreciated Tesla's products, but this experience fell well below my expectations. I would appreciate an explanation of why this happened, what steps Tesla is taking to prevent similar situations, and whether anything can be done to improve my experience moving forward. I went in and asked about the free light bulb installation and right away she said we don't do that here because it takes up "too much" time, while there was no one else in the store! She or the guy did not search up my car or question what car do I have to see if it was even eligible to do the instal. Both employees being straight up LAZY and UNPROFESSIONAL. As a female why would even act like that to another female seeking help in a profession I'm not familiar with. I explained multiple times that the website states if my car is eligible they could do the free instal and she kept denying to do her research and check my car on the system, saying "they don't do installs at all with anything at this location." I truly hope management and corporate takes this seriously. fire lily! She is only nice and helpful to male customers but not to females. ladies do not go to this location!
