The 12 V3 superchargers are located at the Arco Am Pm mini market & gas station. Other businesses included are Starbucks, Wendy's, and a Car Wash. Overall, it's a super convenient location and will be a very busy Tesla Supercharger station once NACS is available to, mostly if not all other EV's.

They have 150 kwatt chargers, but we got a bit under that. Half the stalls were taken, when we came on a sunday afternoon. We just walked around the outlet as it charged. The Lake Elsinore Tesla Supercharger is located in the far southwestern corner of the Outlets parking lot near Bath & Body Works. Sadly the mall was like a ghost town with many vacant shops. The bathrooms are before you hit the Dairy Queen on your right side and near a undersized fountain. While the restrooms were clean, it was quite a hike (around a 7 minute walk) and seemed like the only option according to mall signage. There were two vending machines available too. Decent supercharger over all that was fast and less popular than others in the area.

This event was so well-structured and thought out. There was a clear line when I arrived, at 7 AM on the dot a staff member came out and handed out tickets to the first 50 people like the event description said they would, then they had us walk inside the store single-file, normal pace, and form a new line inside (the same exact order). No one was cutting and everyone was speaking very respectfully to each other! They told everyone the first 50 people with tickets would get to open 1 box each (on a 5 minute timer) and out of 72 vehicles in the box, we had to decide on 10 to buy. Once we bought those, we could get back in line again at the back. When we made it back to the front of the line on the second round, all the boxes had already been opened, so you could pick 1 box again (already opened missing at least 10 cars), and you had 5 minutes to look through it again and buy 10 more. They had security watching very carefully like a hawk, which I thought was a good idea, and there was 1 employee timing you and watching you for the 5 minutes while you went through your case. It was very well planned and I did not see a single issue! All the vehicles that were not bought by the very end (which was still a ton), was putting up neatly on a ton of pegs for anyone to buy. Thank you so much to this Target and Mattel for having this event! 100% recommend.

The chargers are tucked in a corner at the end of the shopping plaza near El Pollo Loco, facing the freeway. There's places to grab food while you wait (ex. El Pollo Loco, Starbucks. Sushi). There's also a Wells Fargo bank and UPS store within walking distance.
