This company should not be operating tow trucks on public roads…read more One of their drivers aggressively cut me off, forcing me to slam on my brakes to avoid a collision. This was reckless, unsafe, and could have easily caused a serious accident or worse. Tow trucks are heavy commercial vehicles -- there is zero excuse for this kind of driving. When I confronted the driver, he flat-out told me that the owner does not care and "won't fire him." Let that sink in. That statement alone shows a complete lack of accountability, supervision, and concern for public safety. It strongly suggests this behavior is known and tolerated. This isn't just "bad customer service" -- this is dangerous conduct and an apparent company culture that dismisses it. If this driver is comfortable saying that out loud, it raises serious concerns about how this business is run. I will be formally filing complaints with Consumer Affairs and DOT/FMCSA safety authorities so there is an official record of this company's behavior.
