I especially want to thank Lexy at Radiance Salon for the special care and attention she gave me when she cut my hair. She was very kind and was a big part of what kept me going. I realize that most who stay here may not be doing it for the same reasons but I think it's worth mentioning that this is the kind of place you can go to just to relax and take a break from whatever it is that you need to get space from on the outside. Invited to Mothers Day Brunch. First we had to get in a long line to get registered, eventhough my…read moredaughter registered on line. Every adult had to show a Player's card and ID. Employee who helped us at the Registration desk was polite-gentlemen assisting at the line to be sure we know we had to have ID and Player's card, so we wouldn't be dissappointed when we go to the front of the line. Then, there was another very long line to go up the escalator to the Ball Room. That was organized well, alternating two lines for those using the escalator-staff making sure some patrons do not cut in line. At Ball Room we go to our assigned table. Table number display could have been on 4 sides, so that when you step away it would be easier to find your table when you return: then there are 2 more long lines for the Buffet, which is set up in the area outside of the dining room. I didn't notice the seafood area, which was a distance from the main Buffet line. Another line for ham and prime rib. Inside the ballroom drinks and desserts only are available. We got two plates because we didn't want to stand in line again. Entertainment by Jon B.-loud, loud...singing/music. Majority of the 'mothers were over 50' that I noticed. It was difficult to have a conversation with those at the table. I visually counted about 5 tables with no guests on our side of the room. Comparing to my experience at Soboba's Mothers Day event, this event could have been more organized. As for the food-I liked the salmon, scrambled eggs and desserts.

I honestly haven't had this much fun shopping at an outlet in years. The environment is so much better than it was a few years ago. There are plenty of seating areas everywhere to rest, and so many stylish new stores to explore. The dining options haven't completely caught up yet, but I'm hopeful they'll continue to improve. The three of us shopped for six hours straight and somehow didn't even feel that tired. Looking forward to coming back more often, and hopefully seeing even better discounts next time!

Deals on past season designer brands. Always packed the Friday after Thanksgiving. Be prepared if you're planning to head out in the afternoon. Freeway will have traffic to get into the shopping center & parking structure. Front row parking in structure and kids wagon strollers by the elevators with extra cost. Nearby homes will offer parking in their driveways for a fee. It's a mad dash for deals.

True story.. had an iPhone 6s that had a cracked screen.. Verizon switched phones then Assurion…read morewouldn't cover replacement. Verizon covered cost of screen repair at lousy Assurion vendor and it started doing crazy stripes on the screen... took it to Apple and they ran diagnostics and said I needed a new phone because the processor was bad.. at that point was pretty sure the phone was going in the garbage can.. just as I was about to recycle it I see these guys.. they took a look and said the screen might be bad.. plugged in another good screen and told me there was nothing wrong with the processor aka Apple was way off... second guess Apple now which sucks but these dudes are the bomb and I'm so happy I ran into them when I did!!!!

To start off with I worked a 12hr shift from Coachella festival..had a screw in my tire..waited…read more3hrs for someone to help me ..then off I went home to get rest...only to be driving on the 10 freeway in Palm Desert..tire blows....not in the safest side of the freeway..but I didn't pick it...I waited n waited..oo yea I would of called AAA but my purse was stolen at work and everything gone...so I contacted to wait for 2hrs now..and Tony pulls up.. extremely helpful n nice... absolutely so professional...he had safety cones, tools air for my crappy donut of a tire jacked it up .so fast cleaned it all up..n was done...he was amazing ..and I apologize for the safety of where I was at..and a semi happen to hit a car right pass us pieces flew .n he wasn't bothered....I will definitely be keeping his number for the future...u can not go wrong with Tony..j thank u Soo much...
