Our sink was draining real slow creating a mess after it drained. My 2 concerns can be corrected with minor undertakings but nevertheless these issues should have been addressed by the hotel. You must pay a nightly fee for parking, but it is a well secured parking area worth every cent. The rooms are comfy and well furnished. I highly recommend this particular affordable Hyatt brand.

When we reached our room, we noticed how poorly noise proofed it was, whenever a truck or loud car drove by, the room became particularly loud, which did not help with sleeping. The room itself was also somewhat dated. When we went to bed, I was looking forward to sleeping in, but unfortunately this did not happen. The fan in the room turned on at roughly 5:20am, and it was probably around 65 decibels. Needless to say, I was awoken. The breakfast selection was also not great, with not many kid friendly options, and cold coffee. The only reason this hotel did not receive 1 star, is all the staff we interacted with were very polite, and made us feel welcome, even if the customer service was not the best. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel if you are in the area, and I will not be returning.
