This charger location can be very busy as this is one of the few EA locations nearby. Sometimes…read morevery long waits. I don't know why EA doesn't install more chargers at their locations. It does have a 85% SOC max, so that does help with getting cars charged fast and available for others to charge. But when you get cars charging at lower rates, they're sitting there for longer than an hour before they get to the 85% SOC! The only plus side, it's in a shopping center. So go to Target or Trader Joe's and get your shopping done while your car charges. The only thing I request, come back to you car when it stops charging. Be courteous to your fellow EV owners. One time though, when I arrived at this location, an EV had caught on fire. It was already extinguished when I arrived. But how scary was that for the owner. Thankfully when I arrived the station hadn't been turned off yet. But once I unplugged, it was no longer in service. Safety first!!!

Dear Eric, I am…read morewriting to express my disappointment with the service I received at the Tesla Upland Service Center. I scheduled my appointment through the Tesla app and arrived on time, expecting my vehicle to be inspected and repaired. Instead, I was told that the system should never have allowed me to schedule the appointment because the Upland location does not perform this type of repair. I was then directed to a third-party company without receiving any assistance. This experience wasted my time and was extremely frustrating. If the Upland Service Center does not perform this type of repair, Tesla's scheduling system should prevent customers from booking these appointments, or someone should contact the customer in advance to explain the situation. Turning customers away after they arrive is not the level of service I expect from Tesla. I have always appreciated Tesla's products, but this experience fell well below my expectations. I would appreciate an explanation of why this happened, what steps Tesla is taking to prevent similar situations, and whether anything can be done to improve my experience moving forward. What made this location stand out from other EV charging stations was the 24/7 security and access to restrooms and a lounge area. As a woman charging late at night, the security presence made a huge difference. It made the station feel safe and monitored, which is honestly something a lot of late-night charging locations lack. The restroom access and lounge were also a big plus since charging can take a while. Unfortunately, those features are gone now. The restrooms are only available during "business hours," and the 24/7 security appears to have been removed. That completely changes the experience for those of us who charge at night. To be blunt, those were the things that made this station worth coming to. Without security and without restroom access late at night, it's really just another charger, and not necessarily one I'll go out of my way to use anymore. It's disappointing to see a location that used to feel safe and accommodating move in the opposite direction. I hope BP Pulse reconsiders these changes, because they mattered more than management probably realizes.
