I needed to get my bike from Ontario back home to Long Beach. I spoke with Anthony who assured me that he could get it done and gave me a no bs estimate of when he'd be there. I expected to pay an arm and leg for a long distance tow with a leaking motorcycle, that was not the case. I spent less than a third of the budget I thought I would. Anthony showed up with the right truck and the right equipment. A 3 hour nightmare evaporated as he loaded my bike up. It was instantly obvious that he's had decades of experience with every Harley Davidson under the sun. The long ride home was great. He takes pride in keeping his truck and equipment clean. He handled tight one way streets in Belmont shore with a big trailer like he was born there. Anthony is an extremely knowledgeable guy when it comes to Harleys, and he's really cool to talk to which made the 2 hour drive by like 5 minutes. Who knows, if you hop in his truck and play your cards right, you'll learn more than a thing or two about motorcycle history and culture. When AAA lets you down, call a professional, Anthony will take care of you.

What really stood out to me was how much he cares about the cars he's towing. He treats your vehicle with care and makes sure everything is handled properly. You can tell he takes pride in what he does. Great communication, excellent customer service, and just an overall awesome experience. If you ever need a tow, Anthony is definitely your guy! I'll absolutely be using him again. Highly recommend!

He also followed up after the drop-off with photos to confirm. I also have limited Mobility, and he was kind and respectful enough to assist me getting in and out of the truck too. You take that for granted until it ain't easy to do . 1000% Satisfied with his stellar customer service and dedication, positivity and Can-do attitude. Give this guy a raise! He's a Keeper!

Worst experience ever. I'm not leaving a negative review simply because we were towed, I'm leaving…read moreit because this operation is extremely sketchy. We parked briefly while ordering drinks, and before we could even finish our order, someone came in to warn us that multiple cars outside were actively being towed. The signage situation is completely misleading. From where we parked, there were only two small signs meant to represent the entire backside wall of the apartment building. We did not park directly under a sign. We were later told that there used to be a sign under every parking spot stating "no parking," but those signs were removed. They also claimed there was a sign at the entrance to Summerfield, but that sign is not a legitimate or visible warning. It's bent halfway backward, nearly unreadable to incoming cars, and despite claiming to provide contact information in case of towing, it lists none. When confronted about all of this, I could tell the worker felt ashamed because they couldn't give me a direct and straight answer, unable to make eye contact with me while communicating and just darting their eyes around because they knew what they were doing was wrong, purposefully targeting people who were unaware, they were straight spawn camping us. If a business can't afford to install clear, visible, and properly placed signage, they shouldn't be towing vehicles. This felt less like enforcement and more like predatory behavior. We were forced to pay $730 just to have the car dropped on the spot, which is outrageous, unacceptable, and straight theft. We also witnessed their carelessness with other cars. When they would unhook the car, they dropped it from so high that a loud bang sound could be heard, which could very well inflict damage on the cars.

I had to pull over on uneven dirt/gravel and were very close to where cars were passing by at 60MPH. I was very anxious and frustrated over the whole dangerous situation and accidentally ended up giving the tow driver the wrong information regarding where I was. He called me back to confirm the address and ended up finding me even though I gave him the wrong location!! Frank was the name of the tow driver who helped me and he is amazing. He was able to get my car rigged up on the side of the freeway on uneven terrain without any issue. He made me feel safe and calm throughout the whole process which was great especially since getting a flat tire on the freeway can be a pretty traumatic and stressful experience. Thank you Frank!

I used this towing company through AAA to move an inoperable vehicle from a friend's house to mine,…read moreand the experience was disastrous. Not only did the driver leave before we were ready, but they were also negligent and failed to follow basic safety protocols before departing. As a result, the driver's side door swung open during transit, causing major damage to my vehicle. Upon arrival, the driver also hit my front fence, causing further damage. Despite providing video and photo evidence, the company has given nothing but runarounds. Weeks went by without payment for either the fence or vehicle damage. They then had the vehicle towed to a body shop, during which miscommunication and negligence led to hitting my fence again and damaging my neighbor's vehicle, all documented. The body shop later confirmed that they couldn't repair the vehicle for some reason, so we settled on a payment amount for the damages and had the vehicle towed back to the towing company's yard in the meantime. I still have not received any payment and I've been actively trying to retrieve my vehicle, but it remains in their possession. Every scheduled tow, both to the repair shop and back to me, was handled without regard for our time. We waited all day and they repeatedly rescheduled for vague reasons like rain or "tow yard issues," and it's clear they have no respect for customers' time. This company has demonstrated incompetence, negligence and a complete lack of accountability. Even a simple make-good situation became a nightmare under their care. I strongly caution anyone considering them for towing services as you risk damage, delays and a company that shows no regard for your property or time.

My car was lawfully parked outside Dynamic Automotive where it was actively undergoing scheduled mechanical service, with all necessary documentation and authorization right inside the vehicle. Sanders Towing wrongfully hooked and impounded the car anyway. When the auto shop realized what happened, they immediately contacted the tow yard to inform them of the mistake and demand the vehicle's release. The police department was also notified of the error. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and rectifying the situation, Sanders Towing held the vehicle hostage and forced me to pay $474.00 out of pocket just to get my car back. To make matters worse, they padded the invoice with fraudulent charges: my car was in their lot for barely 26 hours (picked up the following afternoon), yet they billed for two full days of storage at $77/day on top of an exorbitant $320 towing fee. Taking authorized customer vehicles from repair facilities and gouging customers with fictitious storage days is outright exploitation. I have filed a formal dispute and chargeback with my bank along with reports to the appropriate authorities. Avoid this company at all costs.
