Sanders Towing - Towing Near Me - San Dimas, California

If I could give zero stars, I would. Sanders Towing Inc. engages in unethical, predatory towing and completely fabricated billing practices. My car was lawfully parked outside Dynamic Automotive where it was actively undergoing scheduled mechanical service, with all necessary documentation and authorization right inside the vehicle. Sanders Towing wrongfully hooked and impounded the car anyway. When the auto shop realized what happened, they immediately contacted the tow yard to inform them of the mistake and demand the vehicle's release. The police department was also notified of the error. Instead of acknowledging their mistake and rectifying the situation, Sanders Towing held the vehicle hostage and forced me to pay $474.00 out of pocket just to get my car back. To make matters worse, they padded the invoice with fraudulent charges: my car was in their lot for barely 26 hours (picked up the following afternoon), yet they billed for two full days of storage at $77/day on top of an exorbitant $320 towing fee. Taking authorized customer vehicles from repair facilities and gouging customers with fictitious storage days is outright exploitation. I have filed a formal dispute and chargeback with my bank along with reports to the appropriate authorities. Avoid this company at all costs. read more

Outstanding Service from Sanders Towing of San Dimas! I had the rare opportunity to transport my 1937 GMC Streamline, and Sanders Towing handled it flawlessly. Bryan, the driver, was incredible--professional, punctual, and treated the vintage vehicle with the utmost care and respect. He clearly knew what he was doing and took every precaution to ensure a safe and smooth tow. It's not easy trusting someone with a one-of-a-kind classic, but Bryan and the team at Sanders Towing made it a stress-free experience. I highly recommend them to anyone needing reliable and expert towing services--especially for unique or vintage vehicles. Thank you, Bryan and Sanders Towing--truly 5-star service! read more

Excellent service, this company helped me tow my son's motorcycle that was in two pieces from storage unit to a private garage. The driver, backed his truck into an alley and helped drag the pieces into the garage, he even jumped a dead battery car that was in the way. Sanders Towing is easily one of the nicest tow companies I've ever had to unfortunately deal with. One of my vehicles was towed here by the police after a collision. The staff at Sanders explained what I needed to access my vehicle to retrieve my belongings (didn't cost me anything) and get the vehicle released for repair. Everyone at the location was genuinely friendly and helpful. A+ experience!! read more

Huge thank you! to Sanders towing and who I think is the owner. He extended grace to us when our triple A towing truck driver would not tow our car back to our home. After, running around for 4 hours, 2 of those hours waiting for the triple A tow truck. Thank you for your kindness. You have forever clients in us! As well as referrals. Exceptional service. read more

Saved us as we waited for two other tow trucks via AAA for 3 hours. Called you as we could not find a flatbed for our new Porsche Taycan. Half an hour hour truck arrived car was loaded and away. AAA was awful as was Porsche Roadside Assistance or as I know them now, Porsche Roadkill Assistance. Shame on AAA. Did not get your drivers name? but super professional. read more

Never thought I'd say a Tow Company really saved me, but THANK YOU, SANDERS, You came through when surprisingly, Jans is only Triple A, and couldn't help this time. You all did though, and incredibly in such a short window. I want to commend John, my TTO, as he was punctual, knowledgeable, and treated my heap like a queen. Really. I truly appreciate your professionalism, and helpfulness during a stressful moment, and would gladly refer Both Sanders, and John to anyone in need of their services. P.S. they fixed my car in 5-hours and for free!! Amazing, huh, John? And I just realized I had written this, but forgot to hit post. I'm so sorry for my tardiness . read more

My wife went over a curb and landed on the grass where the front of the car was on the sidewalk. The radiator was damaged and leaking. AAA was called and they sent Sanders Towing. The driver told me that since the car was not on the street that AAA would not cover the tow. He would have to charge a 281 extraction fee or he would waive the charge if I towed it to their shop for the repairs. Would never use a business that works that way. I took a video of their so called extraction. All he did was hook up the front and was loaded on the flatbed in 2 minutes. Nothing else was required. Feels like a money grab. Not recommended. Sending the video to AAA. read more

I wish I could give 10 stars! In my line of work, I assist stranded/broken-down drivers regularly. I'm always happy when Sanders responds. They are timely, professional, honest, and courteous. Personally, I have used both their tow service and battery service. AAA towing service is excellent. Battery service drivers will test your battery/charging system and will be honest if the problem is not your battery. Whether you are a AAA Member or not, Sanders will treat you fair and take care of you!!! read more

Wil was extremely helpful and professional and took extra time loading my lowered vehicle. He is good at his job!

I called AAA for a flat tire last Monday and the guy wasn't able to remove the wheel. The tire wrench keeps on flying off. The moment I saw that his troops is not sitting right I knew it was gonna fly off and might damage my lug nut. He told me to call another aaa with the towing service. The guy came and relied on my oem tire wrench and wasn't able to remove it. Not to mention they were pointing fingers on who has the specific tools for the job. So today I called again and John V came and he saw why they can't remove it. The nut was stripped. Damaged by the 2 previous guys. Before trying to remove it he took a photo to show me what happened. John still tried to remove it using all the food he had on his truck. Took him a while but no success in removing it due to the damage cost by the 2 previous guys. John is so patient and tried his best. Giving him 5 stars for his service! read more

Been a AAA Plus member for 54 years and needed roadside assistance. This company was chosen for me. They called me, told me it would be a 3 hour wait, and asked to have me wait until the morning. If I could wait until then, I would've already been doing that. This company I guess was just inconvenienced by my needing their business? Or maybe they shouldn't do business with AAA if it is too much work for them/aren't skilled at the work it requires? You are better off going somewhere else than dealing with this company that also feels a need to be political on Yelp. read more

Superfast and professional. And caring: My driver pulled over while towing my vehicle in order to assist another stranded driver he saw on a dangerous busy street. He and his trainee pushed her car to safety. It only took an extra 3 minutes and he helped someone in a tough spot. Sanders towing is all about service and helping people out of a jam. Whoever and however they can. read more

I've never experience customer service is horrible as it is here! They're argumentative they cannot communicate and extremely rude! They don't try to work with you or even explain what's going on after being in a car accident you think they'd have a little compassion but instead they try to charge me $75 to get my belongings out of my car. They just want their money and that's all they care about! I would never recommend using Sanders for any reason! They're Nothing But Money Hungary Thieves!! Maybe the owner can train their employees to communicate, answer simple questions and not to be so rude!!! read more

Wish I can leave a 0. Guy at the front desk is RUDE. I was asking information why my car got impounded and he kept swinging his hands like if I didnt know English and English is my FIRST language. Racist. I felt harassed. Hes lucky there was a window in between us. Never coming here again and I am a AAA member. I'm calling triple aaa and complaining. That's not how us MEMBERS are treated. That guy needs to get fired. Asap. Or they will lose customers. read more

Sanders is always there when you need them. I have an old sports car, motorcycle, a newish vehicle and I take care of my mother's Chevrolet. Sander had helped with ALL of them! From batteries, to jumps, tow to the show to helping in an accident where the car was totaled. The drivers are almost always courteous,. One of them was a jerk & was later removed from the roster. Their customer service is great. Being AAA approved is how I found them and To me that speaks volumes. Thank you for being the paramedics of cars and supporting us first responders! read more
