Please BEWARE SCAMMERS. Claimed the car that I reported stolen was impounded before it was to overcharge, got proof from the SHERIFS office but they still charged me will be taking them to court. Also car was fully running before It went in and now they messed with it. Excellent service, this company helped me tow my son's motorcycle that was in two pieces from storage unit to a private garage. The driver, backed his truck into an alley and helped drag the pieces into the garage, he even jumped a dead battery car that was in the way. Sanders Towing is easily one of the nicest tow companies I've ever had to unfortunately deal with. One of my vehicles was towed here by the police after a collision. The staff at Sanders explained what I needed to access my vehicle to retrieve my belongings (didn't cost me anything) and get the vehicle released for repair. Saved us as we waited for two other tow trucks via AAA for 3 hours. Called you as we could not find a flatbed for our new Porsche Taycan. Half an hour hour truck arrived car was loaded and away. My wife went over a curb and landed on the grass where the front of the car was on the sidewalk. The radiator was damaged and leaking. AAA was called and they sent Sanders Towing. The driver told me that since the car was not on the street that AAA would not cover the tow. He would have to charge a 281 extraction fee or he would waive the charge if I towed it to their shop for the repairs. Would never use a business that works that way. I took a video of their so called extraction. All he did was hook up the front and was loaded on the flatbed in 2 minutes. Nothing else was required. Feels like a money grab. Not recommended. I called AAA for a flat tire last Monday and the guy wasn't able to remove the wheel. The tire wrench keeps on flying off. The moment I saw that his troops is not sitting right I knew it was gonna fly off and might damage my lug nut. He told me to call another aaa with the towing service. The guy came and relied on my oem tire wrench and wasn't able to remove it. Not to mention they were pointing fingers on who has the specific tools for the job. So today I called again and John V came and he saw why they can't remove it. The nut was stripped. Damaged by the 2 previous guys. Before trying to remove it he took a photo to show me what happened. John still tried to remove it using all the food he had on his truck. Took him a while but no success in removing it due to the damage cost by the 2 previous guys. Been a AAA Plus member for 54 years and needed roadside assistance. This company was chosen for me. They called me, told me it would be a 3 hour wait, and asked to have me wait until the morning. If I could wait until then, I would've already been doing that. This company I guess was just inconvenienced by my needing their business? Or maybe they shouldn't do business with AAA if it is too much work for them/aren't skilled at the work it requires? Sanders is always there when you need them. I have an old sports car, motorcycle, a newish vehicle and I take care of my mother's Chevrolet. Sander had helped with ALL of them! From batteries, to jumps, tow to the show to helping in an accident where the car was totaled. The drivers are almost always courteous,. One of them was a jerk & was later removed from the roster.
