If AAA recommended this company, ask for a different one. They are very poor in communication. This company does not know how to keep a purposely scheduled appointment. The representative talked to me using the speaker which caused an echo and became very difficult to understand. As stated, I highly don't recommend this company. read more

Requested via AAA at 1am. THEY NEVER SHOWED UP! Left me in an unsafe location all night. I have not only opened an investigation with AAA I am reporting you to the Better Business Bureau and when I find an address we will be speaking in person. read more

Consumer Warning Statement Regarding Tow Truck Practices This statement is made to warn the public and relevant authorities about alleged predatory and unlawful towing practices involving Ramos Towing LLC. A vehicle belonging to my sister-in-law's son was parked overnight in a parking lot and was towed without proper notice. When my sister-in-law attempted to retrieve the vehicle, representatives of Ramos Towing LLC repeatedly demanded cash payment only and refused to accept other forms of payment. Due to the company's refusal to cooperate and escalating concerns, law enforcement had to be contacted in order for the vehicle to be released. Additionally, the vehicle was not stored at a licensed tow yard, as required by California law, but instead was located at a private residential address. This raised serious concerns regarding the legality and safety of the tow, as well as the condition in which the vehicle was being held. At the time of release, the tow truck involved did not display a required California tow truck identification number, which is mandated under California Vehicle Code regulations. After finally recovering the vehicle, it was discovered that the car was no longer operable and had to be towed again to the owner's home, resulting in further financial and emotional hardship. Based on this experience, I am issuing a public warning to consumers to exercise extreme caution and to not trust Ramos Towing LLC. The conduct described above appears predatory, deceptive, and inconsistent with California towing laws intended to protect consumers. The following addresses have been associated with Ramos Towing LLC and are listed here for public awareness and transparency: * Ramos Towing LLC 11357 Spruce Ave Bloomington, CA 92316 * Ramos Towing LLC 4828 Teasdale Ave Riverside, CA 92509 * Ramos Towing LLC 180 Landfill Rd Lebec (listed as "Level"), CA 93243 * Ramos Towing LLC 5671 Indian Palms Dr Riverside, CA 92509 * Towing Ramos Towing LLC 3151 Prospect Ave Riverside, CA 92507 Consumers are urged to know their rights, request written documentation, avoid cash-only demands, and contact law enforcement or regulatory agencies if they believe a tow is unlawful. This statement is shared in good faith to protect the public and prevent others from experiencing similar harm. read more

Called for a tow through AAA. Changed my time three times, didn't update me, and weren't helpful at all. Awful service.

They reached out on a yelp review (no they didn't send me a direct message) but no call back? No text back, still no accountability. This place is not to be trusted read more

Driver was awesome and was there in under 20 minutes. Absolutely epic service highly recommend very professional and he was able to put the car that was not running in my driveway. It's very narrow and skinny and I didn't think it would be possible and we would have to push it up the driveway, but he was able to make it all work in just a few minutes, absolutely five stars. Thanks for getting my car home more broke stuff. read more

I've had service from them before and their drivers have been courteous. Unfortunately the driver today literally refused to do his job which was to test my battery and replace it under its warranty. He jump started the car and when I asked him to test it he said that if he had to jump it again to run the test I would get marked for a second call with aaa. He left and I called triple A to have another driver come out because unfortunately my battery will not hold a charge and suddenly no one was available with the battery to service my car. It's funny if I needed a new battery I'm sure plenty of services would have been available but to replace under warranty no one was available. read more

I have had towing done twice by the good people at Ramos Towing. Juan was the 1st driver that took care of me late 2022 and recently I had Albert tow my car. Both of these guys are solid people-they are fast, efficient, and extremely friendly people that are able to take the pressure off of the situation. HIGHLY RECOMENDED! read more

Waited over 4 and a half hours for a tow. Driver called and said 20 more minutes, then proceeded to tell me he had the wrong tow truck and I would need to wait for a different tow truck. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional. read more

EXCELLENT PR N SERVICE!!!!..... my fault I should've asked for flatbed, but I was really grateful for the service and interaction with me

Excellent and professional company. James Kanoho and Geo Gonzalez went the extra mile to help moving our equipment.

Hi I was driving on the freeway today. 710 south. Your flatbed was speeding and came real close to me from behind. Tailgating. I guess that he got mad that I was going slower, he passed me on my left and then cut me off with no turn signal and went through 3 lanes and exited before the 105w. I have it all on my dash cam. I could send it to you. You have a driver representing your company in that manner, wow. When ever your driver is in your company vehicle it's a moving billboard. They should be on your best behavior. I am DOT verified and manage a fleet of trucks. I would it tolerate this kind of behavior in my company. I will let everyone I know never to call Ramos towing for anything. Again, reach out to me if you would like a copy of my dash cam video. Thank you. Hablo español si se te hace más fácil. read more

Called Triple A and they sent Ismael from Ramos Towing. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.

5 stars. They came within 20 minutes to help me with my locked keys in the car. Super great and friendly service.

I had a flat with no spare. Called AAA and they sent over a Ramos tow tryck. Their office called me to inform me their driver was almost at my location. He arrived within the estimated time given. I asked the guy (who's name I failed to get) to see if the tire would take the air in so I wouldn't put him through the hassle of towing me when I could drive the 1 mile to the tire shop. It indeed took the air and I said thank you. He insisted on driving behind me to make sure I got there safely. Excellent experience. I'd recommend them. read more

Mater just went above and beyond to help me. My car died at the top of a parking garage at LAX. He couldn't fit his truck up the ramp so he PUSHED MY CAR OUT OF THE GARAGE! He pushed it probably 75 yards, some of it uphill. It was not easy and it was a long way. I just couldn't believe that he'd go that far just to help me out. Also, he couldn't have been nicer. Thank you Mater!!!! read more

On Saturday afternoon, someone hit my car while it was parked. After dealing with the police report and calling my insurance they contacted a different towing company that had me waiting for 4 hours and never showed up. Eventually I called AAA rather than go through my insurances services but AAA also had issues getting me a tow truck since it was 8pm by that point. We decided to schedule a pick up with AAA for the next morning and we're told that Ramos Towing would be there at 10:15am. Victor called us to let us know he was on the way and he was even early. He was very kind and professional and got our car towed home. Give the man a raise if you can! After dealing with so much the day before, Ramos Towing service was a godsend read more

Late last year we called AAA to have someone open my 95 year old moms car as she had mis-located her keys. Ramos Towing met my brother at my moms house. In trying to open my moms door, they broke the windshield in two places. I contacted the folks at Ramos and they denied being responsible for this damage. It's sad they would take advantage of an old lady. Sadly honesty doesn't seem to be trait this company adheres to. I reported them to AAA and hopefully they'll investigate this company thoroughly for service and damage complaints!! read more

We ordered a Tow are 1 pm. Made appt for row between 4/5. Drove all the way from Palmdale. Two hour drive because of distance and traffic.
