Triple A contacted Jan's Towing to provide me with towing service. I waited less than 35 minutes for the tow to arrive on a very busy afternoon. The wait time was no issue whatsoever. Jan's Towing sent a flatbed truck to my location and a very friendly, hardworking, and supportive driver. The driver had my truck on the flatbed in less than ten minutes. He also inspected the entire bottom of my truck while it was on the flatbed and advised me that it did not appear to be leaking any fluid, which was a huge relief. The driver delivered my truck to my driveway and offered words of encouragement by saying that "yes, it was unfortunate that I was involved in an accident, but on the bright side, no one was injured or worse, and that everything will be ok" Those words were very comforting and put this ordeal in perspective for my family and me Thank you for the great customer service.

No trash or debris everywhere either, which was something I really appreciated. There are no trash cans near the chargers so I am hopeful the place doesn't get trashed over time. It also had a pretty low charging rate despite it being between 0800-2100. Hovering around .35c/kWh. Not bad at all given the other stations charging around .45-.54c/kWh.

I called a few places listed here on yelp and after a few ridiculous quotes I called Mauro with All Service Roadside. Mauro showed up within a few minutes and after testing the battery he said that I would have to purchase a new one as it was not holding charge. Mauro made a few calls and tried to get the best price on a battery for us and was able to get the car up and running within an hour with a great price on a new battery. Mauro also took the time to check the oil and coolant and inspected the check engine light as well. I would highly recommend All Service Roadside to everyone on yelp. I called these guys at ASAP and they were at my house in 20 minutes. The whole tire change operation happened in my driveway while I sat on my couch drinking coffee. Once they got here it took about 15 minutes for my car to be up and running again. They were very professional and kind - Hector - the tech I spoke with and that changed my tire - seemed like a competent and genuinely pleasant person. I was contacted not long after my request saying they would be there in 45 min. to pick up my truck. 2 hrs later I got a text saying another 45min. This went on all day. By 5pm, they never showed. The following day they were sent out. After being sent out again, and being told by them again it will be 45min. 1 1/2 hrs later they showed and towed my truck. When talking with their dispatch, he was very rude, and the driver could care less and passed the issue back to dispatch claiming he was only a driver.
