BUYER BEWARE!! AVOID AVOID!! Look out for Liav he will take advantage of you. This Locksmith was very shady when he worded his offer. Upfront I asked if they were unable to fix issue, how much would it cost? and they said 29.00 fee if they couldn't fix it and 129.00 for each key fob to be programed with because that is all I needed him to do. He told me the keys I bought off amazon weren't compatible and that he had some he can sell me, I told him if the key fob worked and it was compatible that I would buy it and he proceeds to program my old keys instead of his New keys, he didn't leave me with any new keys or even program many of the key fobs. LIAV told me he was the boss and that I needed to pay him now because he had to leave. read more

Do not call or hire this company! I called them two days before I needed a lock rekeyed on my front door. I was told a technician would call me back to schedule an appointment. I did receive a callback and described the service I needed. I made an appointment with the technician for Tuesday at 2:00 pm. On Tuesday, 2:00 pm rolled around and I waited. 2:15, 2:30, and 2:45 came and went. I called the technician's phone number and he stated: "I forgot". He asked if I still wanted service and I asked him how long it would take him to arrive. He said: "Fifteen minutes". A few minutes later the technician called again asking for my address obviously not writing down my information on the first call. 45 minutes later the technician shows up. He stated that he could not make additional keys for the lock and I refused service as it is not well beyond two hours after the scheduled appointment time. Later, I got a call from the 'owner'. He ended up yelling at me accusing me of never calling them in the first place even though the technician stated he worked for ASAP Golden Locksmith. Save yourself a lot of grief and time and avoid this company. They are very unprofessional and rude! read more

ASAP Golden locksmith was amazing - very helpful, honest and efficient, and saved us from being locked in our house! Also managed to replace parts of our lock whilst allowing us to keep our old keys which was a huge help. Charged a very good rate compared to all others, and generally David was a lovely guy! Do NOT EVERRRR use this company they tried to charge me $750 for a $60 lock. They took $200 from me after doing nothing and wouldn't return it and their employee Jovani had the nerve to yell at my boyfriend and call him a motherfucker when he called him out. The owner David said he would make good but never returned calls. I ended up buying the lock and just doing the repair myself. I'll be reporting them to the better business bureau. read more

Same issue as the other guy, I called in to have job done and was told they'd call me back with an estimate. A day and 3 phone calls later they tell me that they just straight up won't call back if they can't do the job. Not being able to do the job is fine, but having unprofessional customer service is not. Don't tell me on the first call to keep the line open, if you knew there's a possibility that they just straight up wont call. Called the 2nd day the 2nd time and again nothing about "not calling back", just that'd I'd be recieveing the call. Finally after my 3rd try I'm told they just wont call back if they can't do it. Why not say anything about "not calling back" during the first call while telling me to keep the line open? Why not just call back just to confirm that the job can't be done? Instead of leaving someone hanging who was told multiple times they were going to receive a call? Just terrible customer service. read more

It took him a couple of minutes to get it sed by ASAP Golden locksmith quick response time. He arrived within a few minutes of placing an order to riverside. This was a real relief since my car door was locked and it was dark out. I got the key cut and they were able to get my car unlocked quickly. Great company ASAP Golden locksmith , great customer service and incredibly fast response time arrived to Glendora in 15 minutes! We had some issues with our new lock that we got online and they were able to get in the next day. Unfortunately, it appears I am not the only person who has felt unsafe because of their driving. They aggressively cut through traffic and nearly collided with my vehicle just to end up at Popeyes. I am currently expecting and had children in the back seat, which made the situation especially frightening. Their impatience and disregard for the safety of others could have resulted in a serious accident. Drivers have a responsibility to make safe decisions, regardless of how rushed they may be. I hope they take this as an opportunity to reflect on their actions and drive more responsibly in the future. Shame on you!!!
