On my latest trip, it was really full and everyone was having issues navigating the spots. Just a warning, I saw Cybertrucks really struggling in the narrow lot & tight spots. There aren't a ton of stalls here and on the weekend, it gets full so be sure to check availability when you roll over. There was also one out of order stall over the weekend. As mentioned, I love coming to this location when I want an invigorating Viet coffee from Lee's Sandwiches right in front of the chargers. Aside from Lee's, Torimatsu (amazing skewers) is in this shopping plaza, as well as Myung Ga Haejangguk & Sushi Sonagi - all places I love. Very good variety of restaurants within walking distance if you need to eat & use facilities. No dedicated bathrooms. Panda Express will be a 15 minute round trip walk. Both times I have been here, it's been more messy than other chargers with the garbage cans needing changing & some trash on the ground. So in short, the only time I come to this charger is when I am combining with visiting one of the restaurants. Not my favorite, but it gets the job done.

There were plenty of chargers open, so I didn't have to circle around or wait, which is rare. It just felt low stress the whole time. Also, having a bathroom nearby made a huge difference. I didn't realize how much I'd appreciate that until I actually had it. It just makes the whole experience way more comfortable. Overall, just a really smooth experience. I was surprised and somewhat relieved to find that this BP Pulse station is located right across the street from the new rental car building. There were so many chargers and they were all open. I've seen videos of the lengthy lines at super charger stations, so I'm glad this station wasn't busy. The first stall we pulled into, we had a difficult time connecting the charger to the car. We probably looked very confused and frustrated, but this guy came out to help us. That was super nice. I think he works here based on like the professional help we received, but maybe he was a customer. Idk. I know Tesla super chargers don't have service attendants, but that's cool if this one does. The car took about 20 minutes to charge 25% and cost $12. It seems like that is a slower rate than a Tesla supercharger, but I'm not sure. This station has a small "lounge" area that has tables chairs and vending machines. There are a couple bathrooms too that are way nicer than your typical gas station restroom. I think it was so empty because it's relatively new. Maybe if the rental car companies told people about this place, it would help the customers out.

I walked in, looked at the labels on the aisles, and the staff immediately helped me on what I was looking for! Not even 30 sec into the store and I was being helped! The windshield wiper was coincidently located behind the cash register as well as in aisle 1. It was only $5.50 after tax for a gallon of windshield wiper fluid. Amazon was like $15+. This location seems small with limited selection. Saw 3 different windshield wiper fluid product. There isn't variety in brands. Everything inside is well organized and the items are placed forward most. Good customer support and very affordable.

And it used to be pretty busy with Teslas waiting their turn to charge up. Now there are 2 additional Superchargers nearby. The closest is 0.2 miles away near Chipotle and Crumbl (corner of Colima and Albatross), which helped ease the congestion. I still come here to charge up, because there weren't anyone else here charging. More available stalls to select from. Lighting is non-existent here, so illumination sources are from the two light poles closer to the mall. These Tesla Chargers are the older design, so does not have the more familiar and visible (at night) design we are more accustomed to in 2024. So might be a safety concern for some. Incidentally this mall parking lot was the spot where Doc Brown was gunned down by terrorists in Back To The Future. I had no clue the very first time I was at this mall to watch a movie. Anyway, it does what I need from this Tesla Charging Station, so 2 thumbs up from me.
