You start at their HQ for a brief slide deck, and then you get to check out some of the control rooms(?) and the tanks outside for their PFAS Water Treatment. I honestly forgot the names of everything because I was enjoying learning so much so maybe I'm saying it wrong but the photos should explain better. Then they take you in van (with AC) to various off sites like booster pump stations and the heli-hydrants. It's really cool to learn about these places because some it is in plain sight, like you would never know you're next to a reservoir, so it was really cool to see. They encourage questions, and the tour is free to anybody, you just have to sign up in advance and rsvp quickly when they email you to let you know that a spot opened up. They can only have a limited number of people on each tour, but they do have multiple tours throughout the year

Bobby, the technician, arrived early. He was incredibly straightforward, honest, and thorough when diagnosing our plumbing issue. A huge plus when researching companies is that there were no upsells or other unnecessary jargon. The replacement price was fair and they offered a first-time customer discount, which was nice. In terms of the payment, they also accept Zelle, so it made the whole transaction seamless (A copy of the receipt and job from the company themselves will be sent via email). If you're looking for an honest, punctual, and highly skilled plumber, look no further. We will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs! HIGHLY recommend.
