Fresh Water Center is one of several water shops in the 562 area that offers Kangen water along with regular drinking water. [Parking]: There is an exclusive parking spot right in front of the shop, but parking should generally be available within the plaza. However, the parking lot has several blind spots so be cautious while navigating through this lot. [Price]: Regular drinking water is $0.35 per gallon without membership and $0.30 per gallon with membership. Kangen water or alkaline water is $1.50 per gallon without membership and $1.40 per gallon with membership. 11.5 pH / 2.5 pH water is $3.00 per gallon. Credit cards are accepted, but there is an approximate 3% surcharge which I only realized after checking my receipt. [Service]: The staff member is friendly, but this is mostly a self-service station. I had to clean my own water bottles and fill my own water. To fill Kangen water, follow these steps: (1) Turn on the faucet. (2) Select your desired setting by pressing the button on the touch screen. (3) Ensure the machine is not in cleaning mode. (4) Direct the hose into your water bottle. (5) Shut off the faucet once your bottle is full. There are two Kangen water machines, so you can turn on both faucets simultaneously to speed up the filling process. The lone staff member occasionally offers assistance on the filling process, but I always end up carrying my 5-gallon water bottle back to my car myself. [Conclusion]: While I have experienced better service at other water shops, this location is still a convenient stop for anyone who is looking for Kangen water or just regular drinking water. P.S. - There are two 24/7 water dispensers located at the storefront. read more

The lady owner is very professional. She took over ownership about 4 years ago. It's been a while since I've written a review, but I highly recommend this place for your water needs including water jugs. It's a self serve water refill place (regular or alkaline water), but I came here to get my kangen water system deep cleaned and to get a new filter for it. She did an amazing job! She also cleansed out a 2.5 gallon water jug that was "dirty" with calcium buildup complimentary and gave me alakaline water while my system was getting cleansed! She responds right away to your texts and calls! read more

Came out to Orange County for Kangen Water. Met Hannah who was very knowledgeable about alkaline water. Gave us great advice! My friend purchased a BPA jug filled with alkaline. I also ended up getting the same and she recommended I start at a lower PH balance. Since I am a beginner. Let's see how this goes. Thank you Hannah! read more

As I was browsing the yelp selections looking for a new place to acquire water by the gallon, my attention was grasped by a place by the name of "Fresh Water Center." As I entered I was greeted as if I was a regular--which I was not-- and it felt great. The women that was working at the time, who I presume was the owner, showed very great hospitality and was very helpful. I will be coming back next time most definitely. read more

Hannah is the best! I didn't want to pay someone to fix my RO system and figured it wouldn't be too difficult to do it myself. I read a lot of stuff online and bought some parts off Amazon, but still couldn't get my tank to fill up with water. Hannah explained some of the components, helped me troubleshoot my system, got me the correct parts needed and I was finally able to get my problem fixed after installing everything. Hannah was very nice and helpful to every customer that I saw come in. If you need a reverse osmosis water system for your house, need help on repairing/servicing it, parts for your RO system, or just need some fresh water, I would highly recommend going here. read more

I love getting our Alkaline water from this location. It is cheaper to buy from here than the other places I've seen in the area. The lady, Hanna, is so nice and always has a smile on her face. Their alkaline water is $1/gallon. This is my favorite spot to get fresh water. read more

Fresh Water Center - Fresh water, alkaline water inside too. - Water Purification Services Near Me - Westminster, California

Hannah is the woman who operates this water store. She has the popular "Kangen" water, in multiple alkaline levels. I have gotten 7.0 & 9.50. Hannah also has a larger dispenser that has 10.0 alkaline water, too. She sell a large assortment of BPA free water containers. I purchased my 5 gallon home dispenser here as well as my 1 gallon jug. I also bought my wooden water jug stand from Hannah. She put it together for me. Hannah is very courteous. She patiently gave me some insight as to what the different Alkaline levels mean. I recommend this store. read more

My first time trying kangen water after about a month of research. I bought a beautiful glass jug and the lovely Hanna offered a free first gallon! I found my cravings dropped after only one day and also my headache that I had. Also had some more energy! Excited to see what a month can do! First of all, I love this place. Fresh Water Center is a great place to get good water. It's a tiny gem and easy to miss since it's so hidden from the street in the shopping center. . I'm a bit ashamed to say that my family used to constantly buy water bottles, but eventually decided to invest in a more cost saving way to drink water and stop being wasteful. It's less a mile from my house and I come here couple times a week. My family used to go to another place that was more expensive and their water just tasted really weird, a little bitter. However, now that we come to Fresh Water Center instead, we get water with great quality and don't pay as much as we used to in comparison. The owner is really kind and will help you if you're lost or not sure how everything works. She also has bottles and jugs for you to buy especially if this is your first rodeo. read more

I come every other weekend to fill my single gallons. each time, the woman working there is always assisting me and constantly giving great customer service. very bright and pleasant to be helped by her even though as a man I wouldn't want the woman to be lifting the heavy stuff, its nice to know she would go out of her way to do it. repeat customer. read more

Rude. My brother normally a refills the gallon-sized jugs but I went today with mom. Years ago, there was a friendly man who 1) rinsed out the jugs, 2) filled them up and 3) put them in our car. All with a smile on his face. Cheerful man. Today I encountered this current owner who told us to do it ourselves but he will load the car for us. Understandable. self-serve. BUT he is RUDE. I've never had to run the faucets all at once before (we probably had like 5-6 jugs of various sizes running at once) so I unfortunately did not time everything correctly and two of then overflowed. The guy comes over to me, reprimanding me for letting the water overflow in a condescending tone. I replied I've never done this before. He said now when we carry it it'll get your shirt wet, "Try it and see." What?! Isn't that why you have towels around? To wipe spills?? I didn't even bother loading the cart to help, I let him carry as that is all he is willing to do for his customers. I mean if he were pleasant in his demeanor I wouldn't mind doing all of that. But he wasn't. He needs to learn some customer service skills. read more
