The owners are very friendly and the alkaline water tastes great. Best tasting alkaline water I've tried so far.

Mr & Mrs Kim are such hard-working, lovely people and a blessing to this community. Even though I've moved 2 cities away since I first started being their customer, I still come to this location specifically because I want to support their business. It's clean, they are honest, always help with a smile and they have fair prices. A great way to support small and local, come here, you won't regret it! read more

good water; cant complain. Been coming here for over a month now to get my Alkaline water.

Water tests were confined with my own tester and the taste is pure and refreshing. The lady working there is very kind and helpful.

As an aging individual, I was advised to drink alkaline water to offset the increasing acidity in my system that produced inflamation---aching muscles and joints. Since those conditions already restricted my mobility, I tried alkaline water for relief. I added glucosamine with chondrite and turmeric with black pepper (both from Costco), collagen, and fiber powders. I have not felt this good in years! Alkaline water has me drinking more water daily, which I know is good for me and has been a struggle. Which does what?---I don't know or care. read more

Quick and easy! The people working there are super nice. We needed a place closer to get our water refilled and so happy we found this place! read more

Had been a regular customer for two and a half years until recently buying a Delphi H2 undersink water ionizer. The owners are just the best -- very kind, helpful and efficient. Clean and delicious! Easy and can tap to pay. So glad there is a store like this nearby my place.

I couldn't wait to write this review. The service I received from Karen and Henry was exceptional. Their store has been open a mere 4 months, and it's really one of the few of its kind around my area in Long Beach. I love it when I feel like the store is doing me a greater service than I am for them by purchasing from them. They charge $2 per gallon for pH 9-10 alkaline water, that's the purest, cleanest water out there. I purchased the 5 gallon BPA free jug w spout and received a stamp card good towards 2 gallons of alkaline water for free after 20 purchases of 5 gallon refills. They even have a walk-up filtration system setup outside so that you can get refills after hours. These are business owners that are providing a service that benefits the health and well -being of its customers. Thank you for opening this store, Karen and Henry! read more

Very good to walk through very good customer service I'm gonna come back and buy water from these guys commanded read more

Alkaline Water - Very clean - Water Purification Services Near Me - Los Alamitos, California

We have been purchasing alkaline water from "Alka Water" for several months now, but I noticed that the owners do not always exercise safety precautions especially during this pandemic. I witnessed people going in and out of their Ketella location without wearing a face mask. Ugh!! You would think that they would have safeguards for all their customers, but they don't!!!!! I will not be going back there. read more

This is my favorite water store. Prices are reasonable, service is exceptional, and quality of water is the best. They also have a machine in which you can refill your water after closing hours. So super convenient. Thank you Karen and Henry! read more

Friendly service, but the alkaline water does not taste good. That, and it's $2 per gallon. I will continue to get my water from Lazy Acres where they charge only 99 cents per gallon and the taste is far more superior. read more

This is a really great water store. The owners are very helpful. They have a great amount of knowledge when it comes to water. I didn't know very much about the product that they offered. They were happy to explain it, but were not pushy when it came to making a decision on purchasing. The water tasted great. The prices were very affordable. I highly recommend that you go in and check it out. read more

I recently heard about the benefits from drinking alkaline water, so I did some research. This store seemed to be recently opened and I decided to give a try.It is a new store located in a corner of the mall. The lady was very kind and helpful -- she was able to answer all my questions regarding the regular vs alkaline water.Because the store recently started, everything there is new and clean, which was the most appealing to me compared to the other old/dirty stores. If you are looking for a reliable (at least feeling so) and clean water store, I would highly recommend this store. read more
