Credit cards are accepted, but there is an approximate 3% surcharge which I only realized after checking my receipt. [Service]: The staff member is friendly, but this is mostly a self-service station. I had to clean my own water bottles and fill my own water. To fill Kangen water, follow these steps: (1) Turn on the faucet. (2) Select your desired setting by pressing the button on the touch screen. (3) Ensure the machine is not in cleaning mode. (4) Direct the hose into your water bottle. (5) Shut off the faucet once your bottle is full. There are two Kangen water machines, so you can turn on both faucets simultaneously to speed up the filling process. The lone staff member occasionally offers assistance on the filling process, but I always end up carrying my 5-gallon water bottle back to my car myself. [Conclusion]: While I have experienced better service at other water shops, this location is still a convenient stop for anyone who is looking for Kangen water or just regular drinking water.
