Customer service sucks! Bought a system in 2016 and once I send it in to change filters, they made me buy a new adapter and pay $75. Now that adapter leaks, I still had the old one and I installed it and it works perfectly fine. So I tried to find out why they made me buy a new one and Ginger simply doesn't have an answer, but keeps replying with no solutions or apologies. After reading all the one star reviews, I'm obviously not the only one that had to deal with rudeness from her part. I used to buy some of their other products, but won't support a business that has a owner like Ginger. read more

We have used a Pristine Hydro portable reverse osmosis water filter for 3 years. It provides us with fresh, chemical free water wherever we travel and at home. The taste is outstanding! I really like their water and their other products. Yesterday the owner, Glen, walking around with no mask. Even walked right up to me without a mask. I have seen the woman owner be very rude to customers, but she has always been nice to me. I have seen her treat the employee's very poorly. I just don't think that with a pandemic that Glen, being in the health field, should know better that to be maskless with a customer in the store. All of their employee's wear masks. Came here a couple of times, but stopped going because the woman running the place is quite rude. She had an attitude that I was wasting her time or not worth the time, which is awful for a customer. We use a glass 5 gallon bottle & I brought it in to be filled & the woman had me carry it out myself because she said it was dangerous for her guys. Me, a 105 pound 5ft2in human, & her young, very capable men. The guys seemed very sorry about it, but luckily I'm a fitness instructor & could handle it. I can't imagine my mom in that situation. At least get carts if you're going to make customers carry heavy items back to their car. All other water dispensaries I've been to have carts. read more

The staff at this company loads the filled water bottles into the customer's vehicle. On 2 separate occasions, the way the employees loaded the bottles resulted in the plastic bottles breaking spilling water and leaving a mess. The 2nd time this happened my wife returned back to the store to get new non-broken bottles & water for those bottles. The owner started arguing with my wife & offered nothing to make us whole. Everything I would say is not good enough for what my family has been receiving from Ginger and Glen, they are AWESOME! My kids love to spend time with Glen while I purchase my water and other awesome products. I went into a very aggressive medical treatment which I was told that I would have serious side effects. Before they use to refill for free a drinking bottle that you buy from them for $4. I would come in maybe once a month or every two months . The other day she told me that is a $1.50 for refill.
