absolutely LOVE this water, my family and I have been drinking it for 3 years straight now and rarely will drink any other water as We even notice the taste difference. However, we have run into a problem. Many members of my household take turns going to get our water, usually weekly. The women who works there is repeatedly nasty and totally inappropriate to all of us when we come in. I am now and at standstill,as no one except me is willing to visit your establishment to get our refills. Which puts me in a predicament. It is very disappointing that a business that offers such a wonderful product uses her as the face that represents the business. I am only speaking of my family and our experience. However, I have heard the same from others In my community. Is there any other options to purchase your fabulous water other than coming to your place of business??? Being in the health and nutrition world for six years, I was skeptical at first of these systems. I've drank it all: reverse osmosis, well water, spring water, distilled water, alkaline water all for months at a time. I visited the clinic and Glen sat me down and explained to me about inorganic minerals, water and the myriad of toxins that are now in our environment post industrial revolution. I was blown away by his knowledge to say the least. Everything that Glen and the staff told me was in alignment with my research. The real ah-ha moment was when I purchased a travel system and started drinking the water. I thought that I wasn't magnesium deficient because I was rubbing transdermal magnesium chloride on my skin everyday for years. One of the things I was educated on is that there are ten different forms of magnesium being sold as supplements and most of them are rocks. In nature we would have found magnesium bicarbonate - magnesium in liquid form in tandem with calcium, magnesium and potassium bicarbonate electrolyte salts. Even though I had been supplementing for five years, I must have been severely deficient because I feel the alleviation of deficiency symptoms. I can't recommend Pristine Wellness enough. I went here for the pristine hydro water. It's amazing. A friend who was staying with me brought some home and when it finished a week later, my body was begging me not to punish it with dreck tap water anymore! Glen offers WAY too much information for my taste but his wife Ginger is very practical and answered my questions promptly and to the point. We went there intending to fill up some glass bottles with water and ended up buying a home system for under-the-counter because they are an hour and a half from us and I don't relish driving over there every week or two to stock up. I didn't want to buy all the other stuff, e.g., Himalayan mineral powder and magnesium bicarbonate, but they explained the need for these things so well I thought I'd give it a try for a few weeks. (Seeing as how I lace my antioxidant juice with vodka, I need all the help I can get.) I saw some strange machines and chiropractic work being done in the back and if I lived closer, I might give it a try. So I still live in LA and my schedule does not allow me to come down to get water anymore. Thus for the last 2 weeks, I have been searching LA far and wide for another water place. So sad.... I had to dump out a total of 15 gallons because the other places waters were unbearable. This place has the best water on the market. Been coming for several months. Staff is great and the products are high quality. Whoever complained about the cost of this water should obviously read the public report they get from the laboratory on what's NOT in the water and what's IN the water. Most water company won't even put out a public lab report on their water. This company drops an annual lab report every year. Our bodies are our vehicles and water is the premium fuel for the body. Not only is this water stripped of all the chemicals and trash in most water, it's energized, vortexed, restructured and is high in Alkalinity. Very pleased with our travel filter. For about 6 months we bounced from one hotel and campsite to another and there was only a couple of times where the available faucets were not compatible with the adapters that were included. This is more like a 4.45. Ginger and Glen are a cute team who assembled and deliver a pretty amazing water filter. It was significantly more than other off the shelf filters. It was an investment as long as it lasted, because the water is delicious. The replacement filters are pricey, but in the end, its like servicing your Mercedes at the dealership.
