Worst company I've ever dealt with. I'm a contractor and this place is overpriced and the costumer service is awful. The reverse osmosis system was installed in December and have had 2 bad leaks already do to faulty equipment. It ruined my hardwood floors and they will not do anything to fix it. Even the guy fixing it said it was a bad leak. Do yourself a favor and get another company. read more

So I've been coming to Eco Waterhouse for 6 months. I've had a chronic health issue that I've been fighting for the last few years, and this is the best water I've found to stay healthy. The owner is a very nice guy, approachable and knowledgeable. We chatted about my situation and why this water may be working best for me. After speaking with him, I found out that the water is not only alkaline through a natural process, but also ionized. This may be the key for me, as the process makes the hydrogen molecules smaller, and more easily absorbed by the body. Proper hydration takes care of so many issues. Today was my first time at the Eco Waterhouse. I'm no stranger to alkaline water. Once you start, there's no going back to tap, brita, or plastic. I usually go to a place in San Clemente but I couldn't make it in time before they closed today. Thankfully, the Eco Waterhouse was open later so I could refill my glass jugs. I have been going here for years. But lately the owners have been very rude. Also I had the water tested and there were contaminants, the TDS was too high and it was slightly acidic. Installed an alkaline, RO drinking water system in our home. One of the pieces of equipment failed immediately after installation so he begrudgingly came out to service it and was very agitated throughout the process. The system never did function properly and he ultimately refused to take responsibility for it. I had to do my own research to find a replacement and when the new company came out to install a new unit and run maintenance on the whole system it turned out the water wasn't even alkaline. read more

Been happily coming here for a couple of years. The owner and staff are always pleasant and helpful. Parking is very convenient. I drink about 1.5-2 gallons of water daily. Due to Covid, there were 2-3 weeks I could not make the trip to Dana Point. In the meantime, I drank from my home that had a brand new water filtration system. In doing this my skin broke out and I just didn't feel as physically well as I typically do . Once I got back on Eco Waterhouse's water my skin cleared up and my energy levels went back to normal. I'm so grateful this place opened up last year! It's really the only game in town in all of Orange County/LA anymore short of going to a spring. Transparent, honest & up-front. Its the ONLY place using all-glass pipe post-filtration (only important if you don't want to drink PVC) and using FDA & NSF CERTIFIED food grade alkaloids. Not sure what your waterstore is using? Ask. Can they even tell you? Ask to see their certs. While your at it ask to see their current year lab tests proving their water takes out everything they claim it does (ie fluoride, lead, cadmium, mercury, aluminum etc). If they can't supply - don't buy. You wouldn't drink water with those things in it just because I said I waved a magic wand over it & told you they were still there but woudn't hurt you?
