Called Pacific Water Solutions to get information on their products. Todd was not in that day but was told she would get the message to him and would get a call back later that day. It's now been 3 days and no reply. I guess business is so good that they don't need any more, or bad internal communication. Either way, makes me wonder about their customer service. Lost my business, went with a competitor. read more

I have been going to Pacific Water Solutions since they opened with the original owner Mike. Great product, friendly staff, and helpful. Nothing has changed in the past 15+ years. I use to have my water delivered by a major water delivery company. They were always expensive, and many times had orders wrong which came with incorrect invoices. Not to mention their water was sub par. Pacific Water solutions water, has a highly noticeable better taste, and I get what I pay for. I am a customer for life! read more

If I could rate it a zero, I would. My advice-STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS! When I purchased my water softener system and reverse osmosis systems from Mike, (the original owner), while spending thousands of dollars everything went great. Since that time however and when Todd took over the business, every experience has been terrible! It is almost impossible to get him to answer calls, the prices for filters etc. have gone through the roof, and most recently, the water softener stopped working. The company was incapable of sending a repair tech, rather he sent me and charged me for parts at again, outrageous prices, and none of those parts fixed the system. I ultimately had to purchase a new system from a different reputable company. Sad given that the old system was only 3-years old. Lack of service support and pricing aside, anyone who has a message on their telephone that says "don't leave a message because I won't return the call", says everything you need to know about their level of customer service! read more

Todd and his team continue to do fantastic work. This is my second house using Pacific Water Solutions and it only got better. James managed the install and was clean, efficient and fast. He knows what he's doing. After the sale, service is all they claim. Made a few tweaks to the sytem and all is wonderful. I purchased a Milwaukee Pro ORP Meter to test the water's purity and the readings exceeded what was expected. Can't ask for more. Thanks, Todd and James!!!! read more

I bought water from Mike at the old Mission Viejo store for years and after it's closing I started driving to the home store in San Clemente for water. Im convinced the water there was instrumental in helping my son through Cancer. I continued there for many years always assisted by Sam the water man. The most amazing and friendly service employee I've ever dealt with. In 2021 I retired and moved to Wa State. As usual I stopped in to see Sam last week while in town and was devastated with the news of his passing. What a guy he was. Always so positive, energetic, and helpful. I will certainly miss him as well as the incredible water at P.W.S. R.I.P. Sammy my old friend. read more

Very prompt service. Reasonable price. Didn't try to up charge us which seems to happen much to often. Plus they serviced my soft water conditioner which is now working great. read more

I was super apprehensive about making my final decision to have RO installed. It's an expensive system and there are a lot of service installers/equipment manufacturers out there... lots of promises being made. So... I did a ton of research. Got a few quotes... but kept coming back to PWS. Todd was super patient with all my questions and requests for information. Once I made the decision to move forward (months later), installation happened super quick, was super easy and the tech that came out was friendly and clean! Had a great experience and am very happy about my choice to move forward with PWS. Just about to test my water... can't wait to taste the difference! read more

Pacific Water Solutions - Pablo from Pacific Water Solutions just serviced my house. Awesome. - Water Purification Services Near Me - San Clemente, California

Great place to refill with quality water including alkaline and more water needs. Sam is very friendly and will help you get taken care of!

Ok so you can't really bag on the cost of the water as the cost is just passed on being that they have to survive and profit as well. Plus they have to pay "Sam the Man" the money he deserves. And by deserving, yes, this guy deserves what he gets paid and then some because not only does he know most customers by name, he's friendly, diligent and helps everyone with filling and transporting the water to the vehicle. You can get the standard or alkaline water and supplies for your hydration needs... the only game in town and even a coin op that you can fill after hours. Good tasting water and studies show that mice that drink alkaline live longer so I highly recommend it to all the San Clemente mice and thirsty people. read more

Owner, Todd, is approachable and readily available to answer any questions by phone. Most of all, he is professional, conscientious and NO-CATCH! Excellent service! My installing technician was Pablo, who is extremely helpful, effective, efficient AND CLEAN! How many times have I invited a technician into the house who ended up leaving mess everywhere? Countless times! Strongly recommend this company and will definitely be hiring them again and again for my water softener/reverse osmosis system installations and repair. read more

Swift and professional service! A thoroughly solid maintenance experience for our RO water system. Highly recommended.

We have installed both a water softener and a full RO (reverse osmosis) system with Pacific Water. I HIGHLY recommend them and these two systems. Having access to the cleanest water is worth investing in and we ended our water delivery service - way nicer. I use my filtered water all day every day and feel confident in how the water I drink affects me and my family. My hair, my appliances and fixtures all are thankful for the soft water. This company here in San clemente did a fabulous job. read more

The only store I'll buy my alkaline water from! Prices are fair, and the gentlemen that works the front desk is named Sam the Man. Go in there and have yourself a nice tall glass! Thank me later! read more

I love this water! I truly believe in a great lifestyle with quality water and all through my pregnancy I couldn't get enough of this place. I still go 1-2 times a week to fill up our 5 gallons. San is wonderfully helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend this place, your not living til you get good water! read more

If you are buying an E Treat system from this dealer or any other, please be aware if you have hard water it will not solve the spotting that a soft water system provides. I was mislead by Mike at this company when I came in to find an alternative system for my soft water system that would be more ecological. Also if you buy an ETreat system, you will still have to buy a reverse osmosis system to get good quality drinking water. Basically what the E Treat does is remove all the chlorine from the water and some metals. Be aware that neither the dealer nor the manufacturer will give you any recourse if you are dissatisfied with this system. After $2000+ I still need to get a soft water system, learn from my mistake. Customer service here, none after you have spent your money. read more

We moved into a house with a RO filtration system and had no idea how to service it or change the filters. Pacific Water Solutions are so helpful, reasonable and timely. I highly suggest this business for your water filter needs! read more

I don't often leave reviews....however PWS is the ONLY place I go to buy my water. I live in Mission Viejo and since the closing of the R.S.M location, I will still drive down to S.C. to get water and lunch. The owner and his son are super nice, the staff is always polite; the way customer service should be...and I am usually only paying a few bucks for some gallons of water. Always helpful and happy to assist right when you walk in the door. Highly recommend PWS and will continue to support their business as long as I am in southern California. Keep up the amazing work guys! read more

Thank you for providing our water. Our dogs prefer the alkaline water after a taste test, so now we do too. Thank you Mike & Sam! read more

Mike & Sam are the BEST! I come here religiously to buy my alkaline water. The water is amazing and the customer service is always top notch! Such sweet guys in there and very knowledgeable and informative. I also just bought a new shower head there to help filter the chlorine out! Definitely come here- you will not be disappointed! Thanks guys! read more

I love Pacific Water Solutions! Love my Alkaline and it helps when Sam is there to greet you! He makes the boring errand of refilling my water a nice welcome chore! I have switched from bottled water to Alkaline and the extra money is soooo worth it! I love the taste of the water and the way it makes me feel. If you're like me and want to put your health first...start with your water!!! And get it at Pacific Water Solutions...tastiest water and the best customer service in town! read more

Great service!! Fast response time. Very professional. Use great products. I highly recommend.

We have been going here for years and getting water is not the most exciting of errands. However Sam's warm greeting and helpful attitude always makes our visits pleasurable. My boys love visiting the water store and helping out. Also, the quality of the water is great and if you are ever curious have them show you the filtration equipment and the ppm it it is filtered to. Once you see that you will never go anywhere else. Customer service and quality product make this a must have vendor for your water needs! read more

We hired Pacific Water Solutions to install our R/O system at our business and are so pleased we did. Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. They offer different water purification systems and many other water related accessories. This is a great place to go for all your water needs.. read more

As a local realtor I am always trying to fill my database with great vendors for my clients. Pacific Water Solutions is one of my favorite vendors to recommend for new home buyers or sellers who need to update or add a whole home water system. The owner Mike has great knowledge of the water systems out there and gives the best recommendations not based on making a sale, but on what the client really needs. Thanks for being there for my clients and me! read more

We have a water softener and R/O system from Pacific Water Solutions and we love it! We no longer buy bottled water since the R/O system provides much better tasting water. The water softener has provided no more water spots on glasses left that haven't been dried immediately and glass shower doors no longer have hard water deposits. We have been in our home over 15 years and we have noticed how much the water has changed over the years. We truly cannot believe the drastic difference since this system has been installed! We have experienced great customer service from Mike and his team. read more

I couldn't be more pleased with this company!! While shopping around I found there is SO much information out there, all very different from the next. I was so pleased to finally meet with Mike and have an honest person give me some honest answers on water systems and what they actually do. He helped me find what was best for me and my needs. I'm so greatful because this other company was trying to sell me something I didn't need for double the price!! I had a million queations that I'm sure drove Mike crazy, and he patiently answered each and every one!!! I'd HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company to anyone!! read more

This is the best water. We live in Ladera Ranch and it is well worth the drive to San Clemente to get water.

Had a problem with my whole house water system. Called them after seeing mostly good reviews on YELP and was given exact instructions on how to fix over the phone. Will certainly use this company for future filter purchases and any system service needs. They were very polite over the phone so do not really understand all the bad reviews. Good to support a local San Clemente business read more

Pacific Water Solutions installed a water purification system in my home. I now have the cleanest and best tasting water ever! I'm so glad I went with them. I called Pacific Water Solutions and spoke with Mike, the owner, he was the best. I have never dealt with a company before that is so hands on and so informative. He educated me on all the different systems his company offers. He went into so much detail explaining everything to me. I felt VERY confident that I was dealing with an honest man and an honest company. I decided to go with an E-Treat which I LOVE and I also got an RO under my kitchen sink. I did do my due diligence and shopped around to get prices. Believe it or not Mike had better prices than most other companies out there, and with the amazing service they provided, it was a no brainer... I'm so pleased I chose Pacific Water Solutions... All well worth the money since you can't really put a price on your health. read more

I spent $2000 on a water treatment system from the owner. I was told it needed to be serviced every 5 years for $680 when I bought it. 4 years later and dealing with several more water leaks I called to ask for some support and service and was told it is too much work for his staff and I needed to buy an entirely new system. This is an unacceptable way to treat customers and I would not recommend this company. read more

I just had a GREAT experience at this water store, which is just down the street from me and I never realized all that they do. Not only can people fill up their water jugs and gallon bottles, or maybe even their fish tanks, they offer complete water systems for all types of homes and businesses. For me and my daughter we just needed something small, so we opted for a standard Reverse Osmosis thing that goes under our sink. I felt like they really listened to what I needed and offered so much information - more than I could ever even imagined goes into a water decision like this. They were definitely more knowledgeable than anyone else I had called and LOVED that they were right in my backyard and I didn't even know! Great Service. Clean Store. Moderate Pricing. Thanks! read more

1st, I recommend everyone examine the schematic of H20 filtration (#11th photo on PWS's web site. It provides an excellent visual explanation of how most small household, kitchen or bath filtration systems are assembled. It will help you articulate your requirements when comparing H20 systems. Please know, I'm always skeptical about glowing reviews posted online. I'm not a PWS customer yet, but have been researching household filtration systems since 2009. We moved to SoOC (Laguna Woods), have a slab foundation, 1965 lead plumbing that's deteriorating. I discovered how bad the water is in the greater Aliso Viejo area while shopping for stainless steel finished appliances, bathroom & kitchen fixtures. At the same time, my spouse has been diagnosed with a compromised immune system (Lyme Disease). He doesn't detox heavy metals, chlorine & other water borne pollutants ingested through the skin & orally. We've a few +$10,000 quotes (from the well-advertised national water companies, offering "buy-it-now promotions", requiring long-term maintenance contracts, etc.). Let's pray PWS, Mike & Sam are able to offer us more economical solutions, as we're on a budget....Aren't we all? Thanks to all who posted reviews (AND Yelp for providing a forum to post reviews and comments!) I'll circle back once we meet-up with PWS. KBrunette-Lag.Woods, CA read more

Made first appt as our reverse osmosis water system needed to be serviced. Received a call that they needed to cancel right before scheduled appt...person told me someone would call the following Monday to rescheduled. They NEVER called back....so after a week and a half I called again. Rescheduled for today. Pacific Water Solutions did not come. An hour passed my appt. time I left a message about their ETA. The company never returned my call. Not a very professional way to run a business. They have lost me as a customer. read more
