My go-to water store from here on out! The costumer service is exceptional. They will inform you of what they carry and will answer all of your questions. I usually get the oxygenated water because it is a step above alkaline. This is one of the water stores that I've found that carries it. I enjoy that this water store is not self serve. It is convenient to have the staff fill up my water jugs. They take care in what they do. They will wrap the sprouts and put plastic underneath to keep it from leaking in your car. Before they fill up the water jugs they will sterilize and rinse your jugs. I know that the water I am getting here is well filtered and taken cared of. Unlike usual water stores where you have to do everything yourself and the water they have usually do not sterilize your jugs. Choose Wateria for your go-to water needs! read more

Too expensive. The price is now $1 per gallon for purified water which is a ridiculous mark up. It was $.70 per gallon last month. WTH happened? I can understand a 10 -20 cent increase but that is unacceptable especially to loyal customers. Unfortunately, I will no longer use Wateria and will have to relay this information to my neighbors and community. Also no more military discounts and you have to be 75 years old for senior discounts now. Shame on Wateria for being greedy a&& holes now. No, I do not recommend this place. read more

Great place to refill water jugs. The water is always clean tasting with no after-taste. Purified, oxygenated, and alkaline options make it a one-stop shop. The employees are friendly and work fast. There is usually no wait. They have carts you can use to bring the filled bottles back to your car. I've also bought water jugs from this company before, and they are good quality. The two-gallon bottles were my favorite as they were more manageable, but that was a few years ago, at their Lake Forest location. read more

I've been a loyal Wateria customer for about 5 years, but unfortunately I'm very disappointed with their recent price increase. Just before the new year, I was paying $7.50 for 6 gallons of oxygenated water. Overnight, that jumped to $12 for the same amount. That's a massive increase in a very short time. I truly hope this price hike is reflected in better wages for their employees, but as a customer, it no longer feels like a good value. At this price point, Wateria is now more expensive than buying spring water, which defeats the purpose of using a refill service in the first place. One of the main reasons I chose a refill service was to reduce plastic waste and pollution. Unfortunately, with these new prices, it's becoming harder to justify an option that was supposed to be both environmentally friendly and cost-effective. Because of this, I don't think it's worth continuing to use their service. In fact, at these prices, I'm seriously considering installing a reverse osmosis water filtration system at home instead, which would reduce plastic waste even further and make more financial sense in the long run. It's unfortunate to end a 5-year relationship this way, but the new pricing just doesn't make sense anymore. read more

5/5 So Seamless I never thought I'd be so impressed with a water store, but here I am writing this review. I've been to plenty of water stores in my life, you go in, rinse out your bottles, and fill them up yourselves. Here at Wateria, that has completely changed. I love how friendly the staff are and the whole process to fill. I am super impressed that they take the caps and disinfect them in this machine, as well as wash your bottles and wrap the spout so it does not get dirty. Literally everything was thought of when opening a store like this and they care they have is impeccable. I live in between 3 different water stores, but will be coming here from now on. My sister found a hidden gem with Wateria! I love the concept and the pure taste the water has! The customer service at this location is great! Staff is super knowledgeable and very helpful! I've tried the combination of purified+oxygenated as well as alkaline, all are great choices! I'm sure had we had an issue with one of our jugs at this location, the staff would have handled it much better than the Lake Forest location. I have been visiting this store since it opened and frequented the one at the Lake Forest location previously. All the staff members are friendly and attentive. I can attest to the quality of their water, as I require higher levels of filtration to avoid reactions to contaminants. The shop has several carts you can use to transport your water to your car, which is ideal since I store mine in the sturdy glass containers that are available for sale here. Haven't had a single issue the last few years--they even held onto my credit card when I was distracted and left it in their machine once. I was happy they were so trustworthy and I didn't have to cancel the card. Great people, great service, great product! read more

Extremely clean. It is Korean owned. One of the managers, Daniel, was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable, and informative about their 15 step purification process. I was looking for 5 gallon water jugs with a 48mm opening and this was exactly the place! They had them on sale for $10.99 and they are of robust quality. I'm normally an online shopper so I was having difficulty finding a jug with a compatible size for my water dispenser (primo) at an affordable price point (I will be renting and prefer RO for my coffee/tea making). They also have oxygenated (typical in Asia whereas in the US it is chlorinated as I was informed) and alkaline water. I absolutely love it here and will definitely be back as a regular customer. read more

Wow. I just found this store where I can refill gallons of water. Wateria! This place is really nice and clean with sophisticated big machine and water filters. I was able to see the processed while I was waiting for my bottle to be refill. They cleaned inside the bottle to kill all the germ and they also have Oxygenated and Alkaline water refill. The staff there was polite and helpful. I honestly feel safe and secure to come to this place to refill the water instead of refill it at outdoor water dispenser located outside the building or grocery stores because I've seen two times homeless touched the water nozzle. I don't want to discuss further more but you know exactly what I'm talking about. All in all, I had a pleasant experience to come to Wateria. They refilled my water, replaced my water bottle cap for free and the staff also gave me hand sanitizer. Yes, I will definitely come back again for more. read more
