We first met Liz in September 2025, and from the very beginning, we were incredibly impressed. What immediately set her apart was her approach to pricing the home. Rather than relying solely on neighborhood comps like most agents, she used a sophisticated valuation system that factored in the home's condition, upgrades, and improvements over time. She walked us through how the software evaluated renovations such as kitchen and bathroom updates, roofing projects, and other investments by considering when the work was completed, what was spent, and the local return on investment. It was fascinating to see such a detailed and thoughtful approach to determining the home's true market value. During that first meeting, Liz also took the time to thoroughly explain the market conditions and discuss the best timing for listing the property to maximize its value. She confidently told us that once listed, the home would likely sell within three to four weeks. After months of preparing the house, which included cleaning out more than 50 years of memories and belongings, we finally listed the property in April 2026. Throughout the entire process, Liz provided exceptional guidance every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, patient, and never once pushy. She always presented us with information and options, allowing us to make informed decisions while trusting her expertise. That trust paid off. Just as she predicted, we received multiple offers and sold the home within three weeks! Liz exceeded every expectation we had. She made what could have been an overwhelming and emotional experience feel smooth, peaceful, and manageable during a very stressful and heartbreaking time for our family. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication are truly unmatched. Elizabeth Do is a gift, both in her work ethic and in her humanity. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Liz, you are truly the GOAT!

YES USE THEM FOR ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING! YOU ARE IN GREAT & HONEST HANDS! I had the pleasure of working with Gus & Rita and they were phenomenal. I am a new home owner and have always heard of all the horror stories and headaches that come with buying a home. Let me tell you I had quite the opposite experience. Not only was the experience great and fun but they were so communicative, respectful and just fun to work with! My lady and I met with them at the office and they interviewed us to see what we were looking for specifically and what we did and didn't want for our home. Once we got that out of the way Rita was quick to send me home listings and any new upcoming listings. I kid you not if I didn't reply in a timely manner she'd give me a call to follow up and ensure I saw the listings and what I thought about the property, and when I was free to go check the property out. She worked with my schedule and was ready whenever I needed her. I'd send her a couple listings I was interested in and within 30min - 1hr she'd give me a call with all the details of the home, specs, what the offers were etc... She was always quick and always did her homework. Rita was on her A-GAME and she was all about helping us. Rita and Gus were in no way pushy or trying to get me out of my budget and get a bigger home. None of that! They respected where I wanted to stay even though we were approved for way more! Gus was great to work with as well his charisma and attitude were always great. Gus is a great guy with a great heart who just wants to help people build their empire. Gus has been in the industry for way too long and has seen it all. I can honestly say I had a genuine relationship with Gus and Rita and they treated us like family. We felt like we were getting great guidance and advice from that one successful tio and tia everyone has in their family! We really appreciate Gus and Rita and Rise Mortgage & Real Estate for giving us a great experience with our new home. I highly recommend them and just know if you go with them you are in great hands!

I am extremely disappointed with PWR's handling of my complaint and the subsequent appeal process…read more At this point, I am genuinely struggling to understand how this agency functions, what meaningful oversight exists, and where members' dues are going if documented complaints and apparent violations are not being adequately investigated or addressed. My concern is not simply that PWR denied my complaint. My concern is how the matter was handled from beginning to end. I submitted information and supporting documentation expecting a fair, transparent, and meaningful review. Instead, I was left with serious questions about whether my evidence and arguments were actually considered before the decision was made. The process became even more concerning when I was given information indicating that a committee meeting regarding the matter would occur later, yet a decision had apparently already been issued. That raises obvious questions about when the complaint was actually reviewed, who participated in the decision, what evidence was considered, and whether PWR followed its own stated procedures. After looking more closely at the organization's structure and the people involved in its complaint and decision-making process, I also have concerns about whether the review process provides sufficient independence and accountability. I am not claiming to know why my complaint was closed, but the lack of transparency makes it difficult to determine whether the decision was based solely on the merits of the evidence presented. After the denial, I exercised my right to appeal and submitted additional information challenging both the decision and the manner in which the complaint had been handled. Rather than receiving a clear explanation addressing the specific issues I raised, the process continued to feel unclear and unnecessarily difficult. When members pay dues to an organization that is supposed to maintain professional standards and address complaints, they should be able to understand who reviewed the matter, when it was reviewed, what documents and evidence were considered, what rule or policy supports the decision, why contrary evidence was rejected, and whether the same standards are being applied consistently. I have maintained records of my communications, submissions, the denial, and my appeal. Based on my personal experience, I do not believe PWR handled this matter with the transparency, responsiveness, or procedural fairness that members should reasonably expect. I am leaving one star because the issue is no longer simply about the underlying complaint. It is also about accountability, the use of members' dues, and whether the complaint and appeal system actually provides meaningful oversight when concerns are raised.
