This is my second time doing taxes with APS. They are always helpful and patient when it comes any questions I had. I live in riverside so I was able to do a phone appointment where you email them all your tax forms and information they need. They go over your taxes and your refund, super easy process took about 10-15mins. Definitely recommend. All the staff are nice knowing how super busy they get! Thank you APS! read more

Been using Silvia for years. She is fantastic!! Her staff is very friendly and efficient. Silvia has been excellent with both personal and business tax services. read more

We have been coming here for over a decade. We are related but if it weren't for the service we got from Silvia and Shawn (he sold us our home) we would go elsewhere. We keep thinking we are going to have to pay, but then get the bad news, we got $$ coming back every year. This year I am going to share APS Tax Services with fellow workers. Always welcoming, any customers in the lobby seem excited to get great service here! read more

Recently I started a new business adventure & she is helping me with my tax related work. ( not an easy task ) but she knows what to do it's her expertise that keeps me coming back to her for help on everything related on my business Thank you Silvia & her crew read more

Anaheim professionals services have been doing my families taxes for 5 + years. They are professional friendly and communicate promptly so that they can help me finish taxes on time. I highly recommend them they can help you in person or via email depending on your needs. Thanks you Anaheim Profesdional Services Silvia and staff read more

Disappointed customer. Silvia is very condescending. I had various questions which were either not answered or answered in an arrogant tone. I believe a tax preparer is the most knowledgeable resource to make tax decisions/changes. If she doesn't want to be held responsible for decision making, she could have at least guided me in the right direction instead of stating that I need to do my own research. I would have appreciated if she taken more time to assist me than rushing me out. I paid for a service and was not satisfied. read more

Ive been coming to APS for years now and for that reason tax season is always a breeze! They helped me open my business and always make sure my bookeeping is up to date with all the accuracy i wouldn't be able to do myself. 10/10 reccomend! You get so much help from the team throughout the entire year, its worth every cent. I love APS! read more

Sylvia is the only person I trust to do my taxes. I've gone to different people in the past but Sylvia makes the whole process quick, easy, and takes the time to explain anything I don't understand as well as offer valuable advice. The fact that her pricing is reasonable as well is just the cherry on top. My entire family recommends her to everyone we know read more

Been coming here for years, they're always very professional and helpful. Definitely an honest place, Silvia is always amazingly nice.

First time customer and very happy with the service and knowledge I received. Other places might be cheaper and those same other places might be giving you turbo tax. I'm very happy with this place and definitely going back next tax season. read more

I would not recommend going here she messed up my taxes and my brothers taxes. When I called to tell her I didn't receive my tax refund she said she could only help me if I paid her again after I had paid her already!!!! She just cares about money and not actually helping people and it was the same thing with my brother. read more

Anaheim Professional Services was recommended by a coworker. I used their services for a couple of years now. I'm very happy with Sylvia. Service was fast and accurate. Thank you for answering all of our questions in a timely manner. I recommend them for your tax, and real estate needs. They're open throughout the year. read more

Saludos read more

We didn't receive good service from APS. We were charged $500 for a simple tax return that involved 2 checks received for a trust. We then found out that our state taxes were deducted from our account twice and that we paid too much to the IRS. When I asked Sylvia from APS why she charged so much and why they filled wrong she just said that is what they charged and that we should have asked up front about the charges. She then asked for a copy of the letter from the IRS so she would know what her mistake was but would not refund any of the $500. I wonder if they charge all of their clients that much for a simple return. read more

1st time going there after being referred. Came to office from San Diego. Went in for appointment and the ladies at the front desk took my information. I completed a form and they took me in at my schedule time. Silvia and the staff was professional. They were friendly and took care of business. They have a cute waiting room with snacks for clients & Tv while we waited. Appointment did not take long and waiting room was not crowded with over booking. Definitely coming back. She thoroughly explains the process and has helped me with the bookkeeping and more for my small business. My husband and I were in the process of looking for a home and Shawn Albayati went above and beyond as well to help us purchase our first home. We are so grateful for his service and thankful to him we were able to close successfully and have our first home. You can't go wrong with APS! read more
