My husband, David, and I were married the day before the shelter in place orders in LA county, so we were already preparing for the most difficult home buying process come summer. We had started browsing through listings in our desired areas and compiling a list in June when we soon found out that listings were being taken down in a matter of weeks/days. With low interest rates, these homes were and still are selling quickly. We were getting burnt out from the rollercoaster of emotions and decided to take a break when my mom recommended Kevin to us. As a selling/listing agent, Kevin showed very quickly his knowledge of certain repairs that our property needed as well as recommendations of aesthetics which would attract buyer interest to our property. Before you read the rest of my comment let me just say that kevin and his team are amazing and you don't need to look anywhere else and just trust kevin. Buying a house is not a an easy task and mainly because you have a ton of questions and there are so many different answers out there. What I loved about kevin and his team was the fact that they are very knowledgeable and will answer your questions within minutes to an hour. You will get a response no matter what? This is one of the most important thing when you are frustrated confused and need an answer to figure out what you should do next. He really cares about you and making sure you are comfortable and are getting exactly what you are looking for and he will never push you towards buying a house that you really don't care for.
