We first came across Brandon on a random "for you" post on instagram that had a video of a home. We reached out for more information and he offered to show us that home that same day. That showing turned into a mini interview of us asking him questions and sharing concerns of how we did not want to feel pressured in our home search. Fast forward almost a year later, our housing needs changed and we ultimately decided to sell our house. Every step of the way, he was diligent in his follow up and patient and understanding with what we needed. We entered escrow on our home and despite the horrific challenges and unresponsiveness of the sellers agent, he handled it with such grace, even while gone on his honeymoon with his wife. We recommend Brandon for your home buying and selling needs. read more

There are so many positive comments I can make about Delicia and her team so I will stick to the most impactful for me. Brandon answered our every question promptly and was a great resource for first time homebuyers. He was able to get us 2k off asking price, 18k in closing costs and extend escrow by one month. My fiancé and I can't say enough great things about Brandon. As first-time homebuyers, we came into the process with a mix of excitement and nerves, but Brandon made it such a positive and stress-free experience from start to finish. From the beginning, he took the time to really understand what we wanted -- not just the features of a house, but the kind of home and neighborhood we envisioned building our future in. He was incredibly patient, never pushy, and always honest. His knowledge of the market and attention to detail gave us so much confidence throughout the process. Brandon was also a phenomenal communicator -- always quick to respond, proactive with updates, and so thorough in explaining each step. We truly felt like we were his top priority. What stood out most, though, was how much he genuinely cared. He celebrated milestones with us, offered reassurance when things felt overwhelming, and went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly. Thanks to Brandon, we're now settling into our dream home, and we couldn't be happier. We give him our highest recommendation to anyone looking for a realtor who is professional, dedicated, and truly invested in helping you find the perfect place to call home. read more

My husband and I both enjoy working with Brandon. We weren't exactly sure what we were looking for, but Brandon was able to help us put that into words, and from there on, he was able to show us homes we could consider. He listened to us and asked us questions that would help fine-tune what we wanted. As first time homebuyers, Brandon was able to guide us through the process smoothly while providing us with pros, cons, and his professional opinion when we were stuck on a decision to be made. In the end though, Brandon would make sure that the final decision would be mine and my husband's. Another thing we liked about working with him was that it was so easy to talk to him about our concerns, budget, and desires. Communication is important to us, and we could see Brandon was very communicative with us. He'll look into the questions we had and would give us answers, even when they were repeat questions. He understands that buying a home is a scary process, and he made sure that we felt comfortable with what we were doing along the way. Even after getting our offer accepted, Brandon ensured us that he'll still be available to us when we had anymore questions. All-in-all, great guy to work with and did not have any regrets! We both highly recommend working with Brandon. read more

She knew exactly how to navigate repairs, preparation, staging and negotiation challenges that came up and offered invaluable advice throughout the entire journey. I know a few realtors but I chose Brandon because we share an interest investing. I always choose to work with people who practice what they preach and I'm so glad I chose him. He helped me find a nice condo that would cash flow if I decide to rent out the property. Finding a cash flowing property in this market and near a downtown location in Socal is NOT easy so I am thankful for his skills as a realtor. We hit a few snags along the way after the inspection, but Brandon always worked quickly and diligently to find a solution. Thanks for all your help brother! I appreciate it! read more

I was referred to Dee Barba with Remax Dynasty as I needed to sell my mom's home as soon as possible due to her passing and an upcoming surgery. I could have never been more grateful for the incredible efficiency and speed with which the home sale was handled. The professionalism, knowledge, experience and real honest care that was given to me during this entire experience was beyond what I could have ever hoped for. It took a total of 8 weeks for everything to be finalized. Beyone words. I highly recommend Dee and her entire team if you want to have the best experience in selling or buying a home. read more

I strongly advise anyone to be very careful or avoid doing any business with these people. They run a very unethical operation. Brandon Barba can be very charming, but is very dishonest and misleading. In person, he can be very condescending when he doesn't agree with you. Be sure every important communication you make with him his IN WRITING. He manages to be very "professional" and "by the book" in writing. I can't comment about his mother, Delicia Barba, because I never met her, but I can comment about his father, Joseph Molina, who is a loan officer. He's very unfriendly. I had the misfortune of renting a house from him for a year and was mislead IN PERSON by Brandon Barba who worked as the leasing agent, that we could extend our lease and potentially buy the house, but instead they decided kick us out to sell the house in the middle of the holidays. I had to move my family of 4 out in the middle of the school year. When we attempted to buy the house, they inflated the price of the house and told us to drop our realtor and loan officer and use them instead to drop the price of the house. Completely unethical and illegal: and to add insult to injury, Joseph Molina used the majority of our deposit $4500 to fix minor issues and to prepare the house for sale. I agree with other reviewers. Do not buy a house from these people and especially do not use their loan services. They also have an attorney son Kevin Barba to intimidate you into doing things their way. Beware or stay away. read more

I want to thank Delicia (Dee) and Brandon for everything they did for me and my family and continue to do in the purchase of our home. I wanted to express how grateful I am for Brandon and Delicia. I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with. My stresses were high as (all) my criteria needed to be met for my family and I. Having Brandon as my realtor and Delicia as my loan officer, they were great support systems and were patient with me through the entire process. Competition was high and whenever there was a home that we wanted to see, Brandon moved fast to get us a showing. They were creative, negotiated, and helped us to obtain the house of our dreams. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a home, you won't regret it. read more

Shopping for a home can be a pretty scary experience. I've had conversations with Brandon well before I started shopping and he was very helpful with what I needed to know and how to make sure I was ready. When we started looking, Brandon took the time to find out what I was looking for and had constructive suggestions. Like most people, my budget was pretty strict and my expectations were high. The market is humbling and Brandon did a good job of staying optimistic and realistic. He gives his insight on when to let go and when to be aggressive but always left the decision to me. I was fortunate to have gotten an offer accepted. When speaking with the sellers, I found out I got my offer accepted even though I didn't offer the most money. What I've learned is that there are more ways to get your offer accepted than throwing more money at the sellers. Escrow was also a stressful process but Brandon took the time to go over every piece of paperwork but made me review it again on my own. When you're shopping for a home, a great agent will answer all your questions, sets realistic expectations, and show a genuine interest in helping you out. I'd easily recommend Brandon based on our conversations before I worked with him and he raised that bar after helping me find my home. I'm forever grateful for his guidance and help. read more

Not exactly sure where to begin. My husband and I are first-time homeowners (all thanks to Brandon!) and we had an amazing experience with him. He is so patient, friendly, and knowledgeable. He made the whole process SO easy. We found a house within about 4 months and closed it in like a week..which is pretty unheard of. We loved his personality and he ALWAYS had advice on what to do which was great because I was pretty clueless ahah. He had great ideas of what we could possibly do to a house to make it better. He was always very responsive, even on weekends and during Holidays which we appreciated so much. You can tell he tries really hard to get you what you want because he gets paperwork done within the hour of leaving you meaning he probably never stops working! I am definitely recommending him to all my friends and family who would want to buy/sell their houses. Thank you so much Brandon for helping Danny and I get our first house together! My house search lasted about a year and was mostly with Brandon who was absolutely the best. I was very picky and I would sometimes send him 5 or more houses a day to go walkthrough. I'd say we looked at maybe 50 or more houses and he always had useful information to share about each. My goal was to rent out an ADU to help pay for the mortgage and he is somewhat familiar with rent laws because he is a landlord himself. So now here am writing this review in my new home with an ADU. Brandon negotiated $15,000 off my offering price which saved me big time. He did so well that I'm suggesting The Barba Group to people at my work. If I had to some up the review in a few words I would say, responsive, friendly, and helpful. Thanks guys! read more

We started talking about buying a home in November of 2020. We were both really nervous to start the whole process and had no idea where to even begin. We reached out to Brandon and he walked us through the whole thing what to expect and how to prepare for it. After a year of saving and prepping for this next chapter in our life we reached out to Brandon for help. In such a crazy market we didn't know what to expect or if it would even be possible to reach our goal of owning our first home. Throughout the process Brandon was informative, supportive and even a friend. After about 6 months in a market that was booming we found our first home. Even after we found it he didn't disappear he still checks up on us. We will recommend Brandon to everyone because he was attentive from start to finish. Dee and Brandon did a phenomenal job working with us to find us the perfect home. We were a picky family, wanting to buy in a specific area, for specific schools, and kept striking out. At times, it felt as if it would never happen for us. Thankfully, Dee and Brandon wore the armor of persistence and positivity, reassuring us that our time and our home would come. I had to put faith in their abilities, and it paid off, because not only did they find us the right home in our preferred area, they helped guide us through the tedious process of Escrow.
