Very unprofessional and frustrating experience. They took the application fee and then failed to finalize the deal. Communication has been extremely poor -- since yesterday there has been no response to calls or messages. The rental offer was supposed to be sent yesterday and never was. This process wasted my time and money with no outcome. Update I got response from 24 pro MgM,The application fee was refunded. The issue was mainly related to the property owner being unresponsive. Unfortunately my rental experience from 24 Hour Property Management and Eric Sharkey was unprofessional from start to finish. Throughout my lease my email address, which is just my name, was misspelled on at least half of the correspondence sent, which made for poor communication. At the beginning of my lease, the move-in inspection was incomplete, and included none of the exterior spaces. During the lease renewal inspection, Eric made disparaging remarks about my personal belongings. I was also never informed of my right to request a pre move-out inspection, as required by California law. At the end of my tenancy, it took almost 2 months of following up for my security deposit to be returned, despite California law requiring that it be returned within 21 days. The deductions taken from the security deposit were also the most transparent cash grabs I've ever seen from a property management company. If you choose to rent from them, be prepared to document everything yourself, follow up repeatedly, and not see a reasonable return of your security deposit. read more

Hired Eric to rent my property and he was very friendly, attentive and helpful. He listed my property for a few weeks did some showings and my wife decided to cancel our listing to let family take over our property. I informed Eric and he was disappointed but very understanding. Being out of state it is very difficult to find a reliable property management company that can function without you personally being there. Thus far I've had some issues that required someone to be on premises in my stead and 24 Hour Property Management has been able to do that. They have promptly told me what those issues are and have their own referrals for who can fix those issues. That is of course on top of the advertising, processing applications, managing of tenants, rent contracts, and the actual rent collection. Hello Fred, I've had the exact same issue as Bbnushki L. Before you simply dismiss this as a "fake review" just please take the constructive criticism and work out your communication issues. Also, the Fred Sed group phone number at (949) 272-0125 also seems to be non-functioning. There is a listing that has been online for a few weeks now, and I have called the number only to have to leave a message for the last 3 days. Moments ago I finally receive a TEXT with a link to schedule an appointment for a viewing, but that link doesn't actually show any availability at ALL! I had to TEXT back to ask for a phone call, but to no avail. I keep getting the run around about scheduling, and they refuse to actually talk to prospective tenants. Edit: I did receive a phone call shortly after this message, but the lack of appointment availability is still an issue, and the onus is on the prospective tenant to keep checking the link regularly. I have a condo in Anaheim that I rent out and managed myself for about 5 years. I came to the realization that I am not cut out to be a property manager. I was too easy on the tenants. The rent I was charging was under market. I would let the tenant slide if they were late with the rent. I always took the tenant's side of a matter, when the neighbors complained about them. But it's exhausting dealing with this every month. I decided to hire someone to manage the property for me, namely, 24 Hour Property Management, and I'm so glad I did. When the last tenant moved out, Eric made all the arrangements to get the place rentable again, and he found a new tenant in less than two weeks. What a relief! Eric was so helpful helping my family and I find a place in Irivne. Eric listened to what my husband and I were looking for in a property, location and must-haves. After listening to what our needs were, he sent me a link with all the available properties listed on the MLS. He prepared our application package, called and spoke to each and every agent/property that we were interested in.
