Not a great experience. We visited a property Jamie was renting, we went through the entire process of rental including a drafted lease just for her to at the last minute change her mind. She said "she felt like there were to many questions" We had already given our 30 day notice. and paid $120 in application fees. I would Highly recommend being super cautious working with this group or requiring some commitment prior. Looks like all the other 1 star reviews are correct. Just be careful if you decide to work with this group. it also looks like they may have changed there company name to N L investments. id assume because of similar issues and reviews. I made an offer on one of Jaime's listings but she never presented my offer because she had another agent in her office that was also presenting an offer. When I called to follow up the agent thought I was the other buyer and told me the amount that the bank countered which was lower than my offer. I called the bank directly and was informed that my offer had never been presented. The bank then withdrew the listing from Jaime and sold the property directly to me. We bought a house in Lakewood from Jamie Yiang and her team. They lied to us and never disclosed the facts about solar system, we found out afterwards solar lease plan can not be cancelled under any circumstances. Solar company said buy out option is only available otherwise 20 year term is in place. They bought the house as foreclosed for a very low price in October 2020, and without doing any major renovation sold it for $270K over the purchased price. We only found out some of the major problems during the home inspection, they never disclosed other issues and kept pushing to close the escrow as they lost their only offer after being in the market for 35 days and no back-up offer. We are very unhappy about this deal and their unprofessional manner, strongly recommend to stay away from her business and her team if found them as listing agent. read more

Hot market is really an understatement for Orange County. Homes are listed for a few days and immediately snatched up. Speed is the competitive advantage and critical in our current market. Peter Wang from this team absolutely delivered. Sunday morning I sent a message via Yelp. Sunday around Noon I got a phone call from Jamie who was absolutely so sweet and took interest in what I wanted. Sunday afternoon I was on my first showing with Peter. By Wednesday the following week, we already had an offer put in and by the following Monday we opened escrow. It was absolutely insane! As a first time home buyer I had lots of questions. Peter was always responsive via text and phone which was a bonus since I travel for work a lot. In fact, Peter did all of the work and I just signed the papers. HORRIBLE service!!!!! Dealing with Jamie was a huge waste of time. She is extremely unprofessional, rude, incompetent and unfit for the job. She asked for my "funds" before even showing me the rental and providing me with an application. After taking all my information, she proceeded to make inappropriate comments on what she assumed was my financial situation. The day of the scheduled showing, she didn't even attend and sent her husband to show the property, without any knowledge or ability to answer questions about the place and he even showed up late.
