I have been coming to this location for a long time, but finally stopped due to their inconsistency. Their fruit are either never ripe or overipe to where its bad. Absolutely terrible customer service. I have been going there for years but they have officially lost a customer after this morning. I placed an order through their app for 9:15, my husband arrived to pick it up at 9:25 and they claimed they 'remembered making it but someone had already picked it up'. Ok, understood maybe someone did. Mistakes are made, annoying but it happens. The way it was handled after was absolutely unacceptable. He was sitting around for 20 minutes waiting for it to be remade. When he finally went to ask about the status, he was told they have to ask to ask the manager if they can remake it???? Which is not what was originally said to him. He at that point didn't have the time to wait for the manager, so he had to leave. The lack of communication was unappreciated. I called and got the manager, who was extremely rude and claimed none of this was said (my husband had me on speaker phone so I heard them say verbatim that they remember making it but must have given it away and will have to remake it). And that their policy is they CANNOT remake things and my only option is to call my credit card company. Horrible customer service. They have lost a loyal customer. There's plenty of other açaí bowl companies in Babylon now who treat their customers better. That's not how you treat customers. read more

I wish could give a better review but was a little disappointed as a first time customer. The service was great and the ingredients were tasty, however, the ratio between açaí and granola just seemed off. I personally don't think there should be so much granola to the point in which there's a bunch left over in the bowl (which I'm not interested in eating). If only the recipe gets tweaked maybe I'll consider returning. read more

This place is phenomenal! If I could give it 10 stars believe me I would. The employees are so sweet and understanding. Olivia is one of my favorites. Another girl that works there her name is either Eva or Ava is possibly one of the most problem solving girls in the world. She sees my face almost everyday in there and knows my order off the top of her head. Not only this but I have also met the owner and she is so sweet. Okay, so I had never had an açaí bowl but I stopped in here before a hair appointment and do not regret it! I got a small bowl - the smallest they offer - and was able to customize it sans honey. It was soooo yummy and quite filling. I also felt extremely healthy eating it (I am such a Taco Bell kinda girl) but I do have one small complaint and it's mostly that I felt like I ran out of granola yet had a ton of the açaí puree left over. So I guess the ratio seemed a little off? Or maybe I just needed to ask for more granola? It's okay - I would absolutely get a differently customized bowl! I just ordered this today for lunch. I ordered on the site which was a big help since I only have a certain amount of time on break. The order was paid for and ready. I did the regular açaí with strawberry bananas honey coconut and it was great. Perfect amount. Flavor was great. Fruit was fresh and cut small and they layered the granola so you don't run out of toppings before you're finished! Definitely will be back. read more

I always come here but the last two times have not been great. Last week I thought maybe there was a new worker so I was cutting them a break because I understood, but now this week the same thing!!!! I got two regular bowls and both are filled to right above the logo... there's nothing in it. There was hardly any fruit and no granola at all!!!!!! There is suppose to be a scoop on the bottom and top of the acai and there was one tiny scoop on the bottom... and it had like 5 strawberries and a few blueberries. it's expensive.. at lest give us the right amount as we order n what we are suppose to get!!!! I had to cut up my own fruit when I got home both times to add to it... come on! I will now drive a little farther to lindenhurst as I've been there before and have not had this issue. Got the super green smoothie and the bananas weren't even blended completely. The worse part was the paper straws that they have. Some bits of paper even melted into the smoothie and I even had papers in my mouth. Really recommend the store to change the type of straws especially due to the consistency of the smoothies. I have never had an acai bowl before, so I had no idea what to expect. We were running around on a Saturday when the gal stated she wanted one. She had seen this place when in the area, so I ran out to it. I looked over the menu before I went, so I had an idea of what I wanted. I walked in and was greeted by the staff. The girl was nice enough to go over what came in it before asking if I wanted to sub or add anything. I figured if I was going to try it, I should have it as they normally make it. I ordered, paid, and waited for a few minutes. First, the main part is a slush, which isn't what I expected. It's good, but I was under the impression it was a yogurt of sorts. I was hoping to enjoy one of these delicious açaí bowls but that was not the case. I had greeted the delivery driver looked inside the bag and it turned out that this god damn store didn't give me one of my açaí bowl. The one that they did give me had nuts. AND IM ALLERGIC TO NUTS!!!!! I could have died. Then I contacted my delivery driver they said it was the stores issue. I called the store and they said oh you can come pick it up. Which is a complete inconvenience for my schedule for the day because I have to get a haircut, get a birthday gift, and then go to my friends birthday party. Then once I bike rode 30 minutes with my friend on the back holding her açaí bowl I went over a speed bump and the bag went flying!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And it splattered all over the ground. I then arrived at the store and received my acai bowl which was now somewhat melted. I asked if I could get another acai bowl because of this complete inconvenience since I had to pay delivery fee and a tip just to end up having to bike my ass all the way to sobol. But they refused to give me another bowl saying "It's not my problem" and they were all very rude and nasty. The açaí bowl wasn't even good!!!!! It was the worst bowl I have ever received from this establishment. Even one of the customers inside agreed with us that we should receive another bowl for this complete inconvenience. This event completely ruined my year. And I mean it. My doctors says I am only allowed to eat one acai bowl per year because of my disease. I will NEVER return to this establishment. This place is cute, I like the long island south shore decor. The staff has always been friendly and the wait times are short. I bowls are really good and the staff is very allergy conscious and you can even see them make your bowl. After having one you want to go back for more. When I entered the building I was immediately greeted with a warm wet welcome. The smell of granola fills the air in SoBol and makes for a pleasant experience, in addition to the fact that the interior decorations of the store itself looks exactly like a shop I made in my Sims 3 game. It's almost as if they knew I was coming in. I was helped by Janine who recommended the açaí bowl and I inhaled it so quickly I damn near choked. Now I felt as if I was fully inside of the Sims game, satiating my depleted hunger icon until the glowing dot above my head turned green again. The taste is great BUT the amount they give you is just not to par for what you're paying. I don't know what happened but they were not like that when I started going to them. It's not fair how you're getting charged the same price but the quantity is NOT the same. The açaí bowls here are excellent. The price is reasonable. The staff are so friendly. You can get various sizes depending how hungry you are. We always get the regular and like to add Nutella. The granola is my favorite and we noticed in our last visit that they sell it now. I promised my daughter we would go after school on fridays but we find ourselves there Monday's. Some Wednesday's. The bowls are always good. Except I notice that there's probably three regular employees that always seem to provide better service. Two girls, could maybe be sisters, and a young man. They all seem to work together well. I did notice the other day that an older woman, probably the owner, came up from the back to help and the trio's whole groove seemed to get thrown off.
