Tried calling them with no one manning their phone. Then tried emailing them direct on their website with no response. Unfortunately I had purchased a new camera prior to my trip to Miami for the WMC. The first day I was there I dropped my camera on the ground which forced me to have to purchase a new one while I was there. I was handed a coupon for %15 off of this place on the corner of 14th and Collins (SOBE Electronics). I arrived here and asked about similar cameras to the one that I had purchased. They showed me a number of different cameras and told me about the features of each. The explained how they would give me a good deal and this was the best available for the buck. I decided on a camera and purchased it. I walked down the street and took my first picture, the lens was broken. I went back and luckily they replaced my camera with the same one (I think after reading all of the complaints about product switching). The camera is ok, not the greatest and no where near as good as mine which they assured me was about the same. So I get home from my fantastic trip to find that I have been charged more than double for the product ($150 Mark Up). I called because I did not want to make it publicly known, the guys were really cool (I Thought). The response I got from them was, 'these are our prices', which is true. I am the gullible consumer in a bind that needed something fast. I tried to dispute this with my cc company which did no good. This is criminal (But Legal Unfortunately) what these guys are doing to people. nothing came from my requests and complaints to them, but I want to warn other consumers about these con-artists. I was there some days ago. I wanted to buy an unlock blackberry as I am from Argentina. I got there and asked whether they sold UNLOCKED BB and the guy on the store told me ALL OF THERE PRODUCTS WHERE UNLOCKED and showed me some bb telling me the price was 200US, after that, he showed me the same bb in another color and told me that one was 300US but because it was "newer in some way he could not specify, although the name, model, and box of the bb was the same. So I told him "ok, I'll wait, because want to see some comeras while you charge it" and he was like "OK, THEN, NOW GO, when you come back I'll show you everything there" I asked him whether he would wait and assured me that he was going to stay there until midnight. I would give a MINUS if I could. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS PLACE!!! I went to this place because my friend and I were on vacation and were in the water a lot. So we thought of getting a new underwater camera. First, a guy recommended me an underwater camera for $20 more expensive than Best Buy. Guess what! They don't tell you or show you your camera until YOU PAY! So, be prepared when they give you a "RECONDITIONED" camera for the price of a new one. And, that's what they gave me, a used camera. The next day, I had to come back to the store since the charger was not working. They were still so nice and replaced my charger. Then, that's when all hell broke loose. On the same day, I was trying the new camera on the beach! The buttons went in and I couldn't hit the playback or record buttons. I went back to the store the next day, and complained about it and they replaced it with another 'reconditioned' camera. I just took the replacement since I was getting frustrated by it. The next day, same thing happened to me again which made it my 3rd time visit to the store, and the manager sold me a "BETTER" camera which I had to pay an extra $30 to upgrade it. And again, they gave me a "reconditioned" camera. Anyway, I upgraded (stupid me!) and it was BUSTED! So, I had to go back to the store (4th trip), and got it replaced again since it turned on and off according to its whim. The only nice guy in the store replaced it for me, and we went on a trip somewhere else for a week and a half. Of course, during that time, the replacement camera had the same problem. It was sooo frustrating trying to get the camera to work and realized I have been scammed. So coming back to Miami, I went back to the store (5th time) and asked for a refund. The guy in the store agreed and told me to come back later in the afternoon to get it. Did I get my money back??? OF COURSE NOT!!! I was being treated RUDELY, and shooed out of the store. One of the guys were telling me to 'watch my mouth' and threatened me because I was telling the truth and warning the customers in the store to be careful! I told them about how they never mentioned anything about giving me a reconditioned camera for the price more expensive than a new one! And, how the cameras were all busted. And, the guy dared telling me the quality of the cameras he gave me were better than the new ones!
