When requesting the chip the seller (a Brazilian bald man) asked for the cell phone to put the chip. So I asked that it was not to install the chip because it would only need it later (the plan starts of the activation). I found it strange that on payment he said that the plan was 50 plus the chip plus the taxes gave 75 dollars (I have the receipt) (that is, I had just arrived in the country and the guy tells me that 25 dollars are referring to CHIP And taxes). I just tried to activate the chip on 09/11/2016, when I rented a car, and I could not. I returned to the store the same day and they started with a story that I had BROKEN THE CHIP. But they ended up putting another. So I looked at the cell phone and realized that they had installed a LYCAMOBILE BRAND CHIP, that is, a LOWER carrier, and I have no idea what the plan was for them. I returned the store and they said that "in every cell phone appears something, now LYCAMOBILE, ORA T-MOBILE". He said he was going to the police, then they said "we can change". In the police they said that I needed to go to court. Anyway, do not buy in this store, it seems very PARAGUAY, both for the way of attendance, corruption of the vendors and layout of the store. Empresa Desonesta. Funcionários Desonestos. Passam turistas para trás. Comprei no dia 21/10/2016 um chip da T-MOBILE no plano 50 dolares/mês ilimitados voz, mensagem e internet. Ao solicitar o chip o vendedor (um careca brasileiro) pediu o celular para o colocar o chip. Então pedi que não era para instalar o chip pois somente iria precisar do mesmo posteriormente (o plano começa da ativação). Achei estranho que ao pagar ele afirmou que o plano era 50, mais o chip e mais os impostos davam 75 dolares (tenho o recibo) (ou seja, havia acabado de chegar no país e o cara me fala que 25 dolares são referentes ao CHIP e aos impostos). Somente tentei ativar o chip no dia 09/11/2016, quando aluguei um carro, e não consegui. Retornei na loja no mesmo dia e eles começaram com uma história que eu havia QUEBRADO O CHIP. Mas acabaram colocando outro. Então olhei no celular percebi que eles haviam instalado no meu celular um CHIP DA MARCA LYCAMOBILE, ou seja, operadora INFERIOR e não tenho idéia do plano que colocaram. Retornei a loja e eles afirmaram que "em cada celular aparece uma coisa, ora LYCAMOBILE, ORA T-MOBILE". Disse que ia na Polícia, então falaram "podemos cambiar". Na Polícia afirmaram que eu precisava ir para a Justiça. Enfim, não comprem nesta loja, parece muito o PARAGUAY, tanto pela forma de atendimento, corrupção dos vendedores e layout da loja. Tenho todos os comprovantes da negociação. Eles pedem o celular para colocar o CHIP para que o comprador não vejo o que ele esta colocando. Vale a dica. read more
