The store itself was spotless by most retail standards--but by Apple standards, it felt a bit shuffled around. Smudges on the display tables, cluttered merchandise, and idle employees made the space feel slightly off-brand. It wasn't dirty, just not Apple-polished, so I'm giving cleanliness three stars. Service, however, was completely redeemed by Javi. After passing three or four employees who didn't greet me or offer help, he appeared with a genuine smile and presence that made all the difference. My question about cables was long and confusing, but he patiently listened, clarified what I meant, and offered clear, money-saving solutions. He wrapped up by welcoming me back and ensuring I'd be helped if I needed more assistance--exactly the kind of thoughtful, human service Apple is known for. Five stars for Javi alone. Quality is classic Apple--no complaints there. Efficiency, though, was lacking; had anyone approached me earlier, I could've been in and out faster. Even the security guard was glued to his phone, which didn't help the impression. Value was solid at four stars, mainly because of the support I got from Javi. Final note to Apple: the Lincoln Road store used to embody the "warm welcome" culture Apple built its retail empire on. That spark feels dimmer now. Javi brought this visit from a two-star to a three-star 'overall' experience, but a few more engaged team members could have easily made it a four. Stopped by for a pair of AirPods on a Monday morning and slightly surprised to see as many people there before 12 pm. We were greeted right away and asked if we needed help. Since we knew what we wanted, it was a pretty straightforward transaction. Like other Apple locations, the layout is very open, clean, and organized. Would come again. read more

Since I made the jump to apple starting with iphone 9 a few years back, this has been my go-to Apple store whether I needed accessories or maintenance since I usually the phone directly from my carrier. This most recent trip took to pick up some charger cables (why they can't be shipped right with the phone is why I take away one star) as well as some Air Tags - lost keys and such - and ear pods. Like their devices, the store is modern, minimal and with a very clean layout. There are usually one or two employees near the entrance to guide you either in picking up an online preorder or try the various new toys in the display area. My most recent interaction was with (K)aren "The K is silent" , who helped me with both the online order as well as getting the airtags and a keyring to carry it. She was helpful and had a great sense of humor! read more

We searched for an Apple store in the South Beach area in the Lincoln Mall section. Lost ear buds from a cruise trip resulted in a family member to seek replacements. Beats brand were selected over Apple brand and the staff there were helpful and everywhere throughout the store. The majority of shoppers were there for the Apple 15 iPhones. read more

Came here to get my Mac serviced and it's the only Apple store open in Miami so if you don't like it too bad. They have Genius Tellers now that tend to customers behind a barrier. They have security and barriers in place fir the unruly potential virus spreaders. It's a scene out of a dystopian novella. It's Apple on steroids.... all white, post modern austerity and obedience rules... follow those rules and get clearance to enter. My appt is 4pm and I'm in line to get to see Oz. I wanted a Genius Bar Appt for help storing and sharing photos on iCloud DROVE TO APPLE STORE LINCOLN ROAD to schedule an appt. Hansel the Mgr-Trainer told me I did Not need an appt, bring my iMac tomorrow he is there from 11am til closing. Today I show up with iMac... Hansel has a class to teach... I reminded him he told me to show 11AM-8pm No appt necessary. HANSEL told me using the iCloud PHOTO sharing is to difficult for me an to stick with the Photo folders/albums I currently use. could be to difficult for me( DISCRIMINATION?)) me using the iCloud WOULD BE TO DIFFICULT FOR ME.. with a straight face...Hansel Implied no iCloud sharing for me , I have iCloud ,,, called AppleCare, Anthony a wonderful Expert Instructor helped me set up with (Family Sharing) the shared albums etc and sent the Document for back up instruction. read more

Even more crowded than the store in the Brickell City Centre over in Miami but they have the same stuff here as they do there. iPhones, iPads, iMacs, etc. Same layout, same great service, but perhaps not as easily accessible by public transport but there's better parking here. Absolutely Horrible Genius Bar! I went for a very simple website link access issue. Maria, Apple Genius Tech support did the necessary things & completely wiped out my phone including sensitive data not able to retrieve. iPhone was fully backed-up, (then done so again by Maria) before she erased all data & reset from back-up. I made extremely clear my WhatsApp data, banking data, legal data, etc was extremely important & could not risk losing. Maria insisted so long as know iCloud ID & password all info & materials would be automatically saved & retrieved. She was dead wrong! She then made continual excuses about third-party apps that although fully discussed prior, she was completely ignorant. Maria forever lost many years of materials extremely difficult or impossible to retrieve. And, the original website issue was not corrected either. Three hours with Maria at the Lincoln Road Apple Store will now cause me dozens more hours of extreme frustrations & serious problems. Highly suggest, work with anyone else! read more

Got an email yesterday, Sunday, letting me know my battery was in to do the battery swap for $29.00. They informed me that I had until January 26 (5 days) to go in and have my phone serviced or that they would need to give my battery to someone else. If they find you have water damage, the charge would be $328.00 so make sure you don't. I stopped by today, Monday and dropped off my phone around noon and was told to return in 2 hours. Had lunch close by and returned by 2pm and the phone was done; paid the $29.00 and left. Checking my email, Apple actually sent me an email informing me that my phone was done at 1:09pm. Talk about great fast service! If you have an older phone with battery issues, be sure to stop by Apple before the end of the year to take advantage of the battery swap for only $29.00 which normally is $79.00. The whole process took 12 days from the time I went in to see someone which was when he ordered the battery for me since it was out of stock, until to today when the whole job was complete. Maybe you're lucky and they have your specific battery in stock. FYI: The Apple Tech told me...DO NOT charge your iPhone with the iPad charger. It's more powerful and twice faster but NOT made for your iPhone and will harm your battery's life. Sure there're a bunch of videos on Facebook showing you to do this but for the health of your battery I'd refrain from using it. read more

I'm amazed walking in this store and seeing so many employees with apple shirts on, standing around bullshitting; it was like pulling teeth to get help. I needed a new battery in my iPhone. Would have had to leave the phone there for 4 hours and the cost was $90. I was then informed that if there was water damage I would have to get a new phone and they would do me a big favor by chargIng me $400. I left and had a new battery replaced on Biscayne Blvd in 20 min for $60. Stay away from this place. read more

Had a very poor experience at this apple. I have been to apple stores all around the country and this by far is the worst. The staff does not know the product how how to do their jobs. One thing that always impressed me about the other stores I have been to is the amount of knowledge the staff had and how smooth the process was for getting any apple product. This staff was disorganized, they told me they had 7 iPhones available. At other locations they normally hold the iPhone when you say you will buy it. When I got to the actual member of the team who would help me they didn't know how to do their job and had to ask for help which is fine but by the time it was all good all the phone had been sold. It was not only a waste of time but just a bad experience. I really hope apple doesn't stop doing great training for staff. That is what really made them stand out as a company. read more

Made an 11:45am appointment. Got to the store at 11:45am and had to speak with four people before I was placed in a queue about 15 people deep. The final guy told me "Just because you have an 11:45 appointment doesn't mean you get to go in at 11:45". Rest of the conversation went something like this: Jerry : I don't understand. Do you have my reservation? Rental Car Agent : We have your reservation, we just ran out of cars. Jerry : But the reservation keeps the car here. That's why you have the reservation. Rental Car Agent : I think I know why we have reservations. Jerry : I don't think you do. You see, you know how to *take* the reservation, you just don't know how to *hold* the reservation. And that's really the most important part of the reservation: the holding. Anybody can just take them." 30 minutes later, I'm still waiting in the heat to get in. Thank you APPLE!!! You did it again! My iphone screen was cracked during quarantine lockdown so I couldn't fix it due to store closures. However this week i went to get it fixed i felt so safe, Hand sanitizer stations in different areas as well they check your temperature before going in. Apple cares about their customers and this was one way to show it. My MacBook repair was sort of lost in translation and even apple themself customer care center couldn't help me and I spoke with them for 2 hours two times. But I went to the store and they found my laptop and did what everyone at apple could NOT. I will only be using this apple store from now one. This was a nice big location!!! Everything was so much more spaced out than the stores by me in Chicago/suburbs. It's a huge location, nice displays. There's so much light that comes in with all the big beautiful windows. it's a sleek looking store based on the setting, I'm sure. Entry from both sides of the store. The only down-side I could see is they didn't necessarily seem to carry a lot of stock in accessories - for example I was looking at cases/covers for my new MacBook Pro, and they didn't really have any I was interested in. They only had like two things. Overall, it's a nice store and in a cool location. If you need something apple or MAC related, it's nice to know it's here and have a place to go! And also fun for browsing as you're walking the gorgeous outdoor mall. read more

Apple just replaced their so-so store with a stunning, glamorous work of art that is worthy of its location just outside of the quite lovely new wing of Aventura Mall. It looks just amazing and is worth visiting just to see it. However, it is every bit as crowded as it was before. They doubled the size of the store, and alas the crowds doubled too. It looks like they need to immediately begin construction on a new store ... or maybe add back the old location and have two Apple stores. If your iPhone or other Apple device failed, I have a tip. This is a fantastic store as a store, but even though the Genius Grove is super-pretty and a nice idea to warm up the ultra modern design, this is NOT a place to come in and get immediate service. Don't come here without an advance appointment. Your best bet for fast service is to go to a smaller store like Wellington Green about five minutes before opening time. You will see a few fellow sufferers at the door, but it's manageable and you can be in and out relatively fast. read more

I was traveling for work and brought my laptop in as the screen had a strange glitch. After looking over the laptop, Jordan, who was the one person who was helpful, took the computer and said it looked like a hinge had been pinched. I had sent the computer in to Apple a year ago, or less, as the fan kept running. Jordan said they may have accidentally pinched the hinge when putting the laptop back together. He said they would fix it for $10 and I would have may laptop back in two days, that Friday, and they would text me when it was ready. I stopped in on Friday and they had not looked at my computer yet. I stopped in on Saturday and they assured me it would be done by the end of the day and would text me. End of Saturday, no computer and no text. Called Sunday and they said it was ready and to stop in any time, but had not sent me a text to let me know it was ready. I stopped in on Sunday and they said they could not fix my computer as they opened it up and saw residue from previous water damage? I have never spilled anything on my computer so asked how they new it was water damage. They showed me a couple of pictures that looked like tiny specs of rust in a couple of spots. I asked if that could come from humidity as I live in Texas and was in Miami, both very humid. They said maybe it could, so wouldn't that be a design issue? I also asked if they could tell me where on my computer those rust specs were, based on the photos and they said they did not know. I then asked if they would forward those pictures to me and said they could not do that, even though it is my computer. Then they said they could fix my computer for $1,500 if I wanted them to go in and fix it? Fix what, the hinge? They said they would go in a replace the pieces that had rust spots and the hinge for $1,500. So, they wouldn't replace the hinge itself for $10 due to safety issues but will go in and replace the pieces that had rust spots and the hinge for $1,500? What happened to the safety issue? Does it go away if I pay $1,500? So, I said to the associate "the only way to have you fix my computer now is to pay $1,500. So, I have no choice, it's $1,500 or a new computer?" His response was "you have a choice, you can do nothing. No one is making you fix your computer." I then asked if I could speak to a manager and she said there was nothing she could do because of the water damage, which I again explained about never spilling any liquid on my laptop. She shrugged her shoulders and said she couldn't do anything else for me. This was awful customer service and neither one of them seemed to care I was told one thing and then a completely different thing by them. It seems there is something suspect going on here and this was the worst service I have every received at an Apple Store. I would recommend you stay away from this store as I had a terrible experience. If I could give them a "0" rating, if I could. I left with my laptop that I been without for 4 days with no resolution or solution. I have had Apple products ever since I can remember and have never had service this bad. read more

This is a nice store but very busy and there seems to be a lot of blue staff standing around doing nothing. The selection of items was nice, though I don't like how you have to travel to another room at the back to check out the accessories. The staff that I did encounter were nice and asked if we needed any help while we played with the various iPads and MacBooks. read more

Drove for one hour only to get my 10 minute appointment window cancelled for getting there several minutes late due to blocked traffic on the bridge. No reasonable solutions could be offered even though I was willing to wait, and the "Genius Bar" Manager, Nathan, is one of the most arrogant individuals I've ever seen in a customer facing position. On the positive side, Apple was able to resolve my issue through a very helpful customer support rep through the phone, and shipping the replacement. Night and day compared to this particular store experience. read more

I didn't want to relate yesterday's experience but I think it's important for Apple to know how frustrating it was to be told that the store's internal server was down and therefore we could not get our phone replaced. I am a senior citizen who went to the Apple Store to see about getting an Apple watch for my husband to take back to Brazil, where we live. I was unaware that it was launch day for the new line of products and was surprised at the long lines waiting outside. When I approached the door to ask about buying an older model Apple watch, I was told by security that I had ZERO chance of getting ANY Apple watch on launch day. He told me that I should have signed up like all the other people waiting in line. I told him I did not know how to sign up online and his response was "too bad, you can wait in another line for five or six hours, but only if someone doesn't show up for their spot. I walked away but saw that other people were being allowed to enter to "browse" So I went in and looked for a tech, which was easy because there were tons of them just standing around. Jaimee stepped up and asked how she could help me. She not only helped register me but got me the latest watch and another band. Now I know that my small purchase means nothing to a company that made a billion dollars that day, but an employee like Jaimee is worth their weight in gold. I kept telling her she did not have to take so much time to explain the features but she assured me that her priority was to make sure that I got what I was looking for. Thank you, Jaimee. I hope someone really does read this and give you the acknowledgement you deserve. She assured me that this security person was not the image that Apple wanted and that she would report the behavior to a superior. BTW another senior overheard me explain this to Jaimee and told me that she had the exact same experience. I gave this review a one star because of my overall experience. Had my phone stolen and got locked out of my iCloud account. The person who was helping me was absolutely useless and kept shaming me for not remembering my password. Then proceeded to sell me a phone with a bunch of add on's but no solution for recovering my account. I went to my service provider and they were actually able to help me.
