I really like that they have the Apple Shop, Samsung, and Geek Squad inside, so it makes it super convenient if you need help or specific products. The vibe of the store is modern and clean, and I personally enjoy coming here. Most of the time, I've had good experiences with the staff, especially at the Apple section where they really know their stuff. That said, since it's usually busy, sometimes it takes a while to get someone to help you, and I've seen a few mix-ups with orders or delays on deliveries. It's not perfect, but honestly the prices and product variety make up for it. Overall, I'd definitely recommend this Best Buy if you're in Miami Beach -- just bring a little patience, but you'll leave happy with what you find.

Excited about the deal, I made a purchase, and decided to skip out on other Black Friday cellphone deals (like the pretty decent $250 Target store credit with iPhone Max purchase deal). After two weeks (when the phone was supposed to arrive), they cancel the order, without any explanations. When I check again, the store is selling the same phone for $200 more. Wtf. Now I missed out on a $250 Target deal to buy a new iPhone. Fuck these guys, absolutely atrocious assholes

I got my screen replaced (paying less than I would have at Apple). About two week later the screen started to fritz out so I took it back and they replaced it because it was a bad screen. Fast forward four weeks and the second replacement is also on the Fritz. I go Miami Vice again and I'm told that the previous owner is gone and I can pay another $200+ to have my screen replaced. No thanks. Moral of the story - just go to Apple. Replacements from these kinds of stores are not the same quality or build as Apple. Furthermore, management can change and then if something happens with the replacement they gave you - ToOO BAD - you're stuck forking over hundreds of dollars to the same store that gave you the bad screen (and in my case TWO bad screens). With Apple you'll at least get consistency. TL;DR: Don't waste your time and money with these third party screen replacement places. The money you save will just be more money lost when their poor quality replacements break.
