She paraded highly on their fantastic system and more. Gold Coast is Florida's leading real estate school and has helped hundreds of thousands of students since 1970! I was like, wow! When I called, Ale Cevallos, Campus Director, picked up the line. This outstanding professional Campus Director helps me with everything I need to prepare myself. Her work vibe is easy to establish a professional relationship. Her communication is efficient and knowledgeable. Thank you, Ale, for being like a friend. The other person is professor Edward Hru. This man, I do not know where to start! He is the BEST of the BEST real estate educator I have encountered. He genuinely cares that YOU get the material. He has a driven natural passion for applying to understand and remember the material. Thank you, professor, for helping me. P.S. Tip: Please read all of the chapters, and you will be good.

Not because it works or it doesn't, but rather because if you pay for it, you won't get your money back, not even as a credit towards further education. GoldCoastSchools will not refund any money! That's what happened to me. I was going to take the Cram Course but had to wait for a week. So, instead I decided to take the State Exam and passed it. Therefore, I did not need the extra expense. My advice, get the basic education, study and prepare yourself to take the State Test. Only if you fail the State Test go for the Cram Preparation Course. If not you will LOSE your money.
