Terrible Experience With Manager Diego at "Michael Kors" store in Aventura Mall, Miami:…read more My recent visit to the Michael Kors store in Aventura mall was extremely disappointing due to the unacceptable behavior of the manager, Diego. DIEGO SHOULD BE FIRED! I have never experienced such a complete lack of customer service, empathy, or basic professionalism. After purchasing a bag, instead of offering a simple thank-you or even basic courtesy, Diego spoke to me rudely and dismissed me with, "Yes, go." On top of that, a young woman sales associate standing at the register laughed at me when I explained that my bag changed color on 1 side after the first days: parts of it turned slightly bluish instead of the beige shade I chose. She laughed and asked "What brand are your jeans?" in a mocking tone, as if it were something to make fun of. I said that my jeans were from Zara, a good brand. It was extremely disrespectful, especially considering that everyone there works just like I do and there is nothing wrong with wearing Zara! A manager should enhance the customer experience, not ruin it. Diego showed 0 regard for how he spoke to customers and demonstrated none of the qualities expected from someone in a leadership role. His attitude, tone, and behavior were completely inappropriate, and it left me feeling disrespected and shocked. This kind of treatment is unacceptable from anyone, especially a manager representing a luxury brand. Michael Kors needs to take this seriously! No customer should ever be treated this way!

The employees go out of their way to get me my sizes and notify me if the inventory comes that I need a specific shoe or bag. I've noticed that their handbags/evening purses choices have increased in choices in this location. They are offering a lot more in discounts too. I see the additional 25-30 percent off a lot more throughout the year. I have bought a few handbags from them and the quality and craftsmanship is great. Their shoe area is what this store is about. They have all the heels or flats that a girl wants. I bought two new pairs of heels from them recently on my friends' wedding. Both pairs came so nicely wrapped. I totally recommend this shop and the employees are totally approachable and helpful. Shopped here multiple times for myself and my loved ones. ~

Just called into to see if I could bring my fiance and father who is visiting in town to see the tuxedos for our 300 person wedding on Biscayne Bay, The woman who answered the phone was absolutely unpleasant and said, "You can come in and see what we have but we wont be doing any fittings today, you are far too early for a wedding in January." You see the problem is my elderly father is over 80 years old and does not live here, so I asked her if we could at least try styles on. She said, "No we dont offer that kind of service." So I replied to her, then we definitely won't be coming for your kind of business. This woman was the rudest, most impolite ill-mannered low class woman I have ever spoken to, and I have run a successful retail high end products company for 25 years and spending over $300,000 on our wedding. She acted like she was too good to talk to me. To be treated like that over the phone, I can't imagine what the real service is like. This woman needs to be fired, and if she was the owner, needs to get a reality check. Someone please un-lodge the stick up this lady's ass.
