Ramiro, I am very displeased with the integrity of you and Rejoice Dance Ministry. This is ridiculous at this point. I spoke to you and your so called Receptionist who no longer exists; back on August 7th regarding items that I ordered way back in 2023. You assured me that all you needed was an additional two weeks, and I would receive my orders. You start that you were looking into getting new material etc. That was a BOLD FACE LIE! You say the same story every time and give the same promises only to not be a man if your WORD! Every review I have read about you and Rejoice Dance ministry are the same complaints I have as well. The worst ever! I placed an order in 2023 and this company; this man, the "owner", is FULL of excuses and lies. He says he going to do something and does not do what he says he's going to do. It's either his health, which he forgets that he tells the same LIE every time: fabric issues | he has been sick (I empathize but since 2023 and your site is still up & active; running ads/promos to boost sales to get people to purchase garments) He said he's out of the hospital now. The company keeps taking orders; basically STEALING people money, and in turn not fulfilling them. Save yourself the headache; the time and money DON'T purchase from this company! It's no way they still exist because their integrity is shot but I forgot they TAKE more order thus taking people's money and not fulfilling their orders. No wonder they can run 50% all the time! I'll start by saying the garments are beautiful and very well made. However, the delivery and customer service needs some help. I ordered a total of 9 items as (most back in early March). It was crickets from them until after a month I decided to call. Lots of runaround about when I'd receive them. Finally received 7 out of the 9 this past week, but have no idea when the other items will come due to material/staffing issues. I get that issues happen but that's when customer service should come in to retain the customers you've slighted. There was no offer to accommodate​ my inconvenience​ and thankfully, I wasn't under a ministry deadline. I hope they get it together because they really could be a great resource for dance ministries. I told them I would love to have my whole team order from them, but I just can't with the undependable shipping time. read more

I have never had such an awful experience with a vendor in Ministry. After countless conversations with personnel at Rejoice Dance Ministries regarding our need for items ordered March 15, 2019 by April 5, 2019, we still dont have our package on April 12, 2019. On March 28, 2019 it was confirmed via phone conversation that items would be received by April 4, 2019. I have called everyday since, and have been told every day since April 1, 2019 that the items were leaving that day. Yesterday I stated that we either needed tracking information or our order cancelled. The owner himself told me he would call me back with a tracking number. That did not happen. On April 5, 2019, Mr. Ramiro Obrador promised a partial refund for items being shipped that day. That had not happened either. On April 9, 2019 after a request for order cancellation and a full refund, I was told the package was shipped on April 8, 2019. I stated if that if the package was not received on the April 10, 2019 a full refund would be required. Mr. Ramiro Obrador stated if we did not receive the items by April 10, 2019, a full refund would be issued. I was provided a USPS tracking number that confirmed USPS didnt receive the package until April 9, 2019 after 8 pm with a two day delivery after 8pm to a business office that closes at 6pm. Further i was told that overnight shipping was not a consideration even after all the confusion documented above. To date, the package has not been delivered and whenever it is delivered it will be too late for us to use for the purpose of our intended use upon ordering. Over one thousand dollars spent and we have nothing. No garments and no refund. Ugh. read more

absolutely unexceptable as a company. when you put out flash sales to try to get persons to order your garments, and ghost people for months upon months at a time, they receive no confirmation emails on orders, to not receive any call backs, this is sooooo not a good look. I have even looking to purchase many mime garments and looked forward to sending some mime artist this way, but with the lack of customer service I do not even know what to do. I have been waiting and calling and emailing and now writing this review concerning my orders. I ordered five garments and only received one of the five. But the one I need for this weekend is not even here yet. This is crazy. I have no stars to give as of right now.. all I can do is pray that this company gets it right and Al least has the courage to return phone calls or emails.. if they are a company who is not fluent in a particular language then at least say something. I want to be the first person to leave a review about this WONDERFUL business. It took awhile for me to find it and but well worth it! First, the quality and uniqueness of the garments are A1, you get what you pay for... but I'm not leaving my review because of the garments... I'm leaving this review because the service from ERIKA was a blessing. I hope she works here as long as the business is open because she was such a pleasure to work with. I found everything I was looking for and she made my trip to Hialeah well worth it. I pray God continues to bless this business as well as Miss Erika! I would put a lower rating but it's not allowed.. I ordered in December of 2019 for 5 garments we needed for a conference in April of 2020. February we received the first email saying shipment would be delayed because they were waiting for fabric. Shipment did not arrive until today May 30th. I will NEVER order from this place again. As a "ministry" you should be ashamed of yourselves taking someone's money knowing you can't fulfill the order they requested to begin with. read more

I personally don't think they take their customer needs seriously. I understand things happen where your order can get delay but seriously why does it seem like everyone else has the same issue ? I order my garments on September 29 hoping to get it before thanksgiving and it seems like that's not going to happen every time I call they give the same excuse " the fabric is delay " am sorry but that's doesn't cut it specially bc your ordering with time in advance I think the company should take a better approach or jus be more responsible maybe have a better updated system for the customers to know what they do have in stock instead of having them wait for MONTHS on the garments that you already PAID for ... and also btw they don't do refunds only store credit ?
