The had a great customer service many people working on different areas always aware of what customer would need. After 45 minutes of deciding we get the cashier to find out that one of the pairs that my friend chooses doesn't have the same size for both feet and guess what? It was the last pair! So the didn't had de 6.5 or 7 for both feet and the can't sell it my friend ask the cashier to sell it that way because she was ok with it (even better for her actually) but they said no so instead they offer to get the right pair in another store and 20% off (not bad for a $100 pair) He called the nearest store, ask about the shoes, the hold it, we drive 15min, got the pair and the discount!
