I booked this company for my daughter's birthday today. I asked for Minnie Mouse meet and greet, which I was told for $150 it included one hour, two games and pictures. To my surprise when the entertainer arrived it was a young teenage guy, which I didn't mind but I did mind that he said how he was just told about the party last minute and that this was his first time being Minnie Mouse so that he didn't know what to do. He stated that the girl that was suppose to do come had another event so he was sent instead. Then he comes inside not even in costume and changes in the house, which took him 30 minutes to get into costume and even needed our help. By the time he was ready it was already 30 minutes past the booking time. Since the kids saw him go change they knew there was a man in there. My niece kept saying there is a man dressed as Minnie Mouse. I called the owner to explain how he had started 30 minutes late so that she knew why he would be here longer to make the full hour and she was super rude. I told her I was unhappy that he had to get dressed inside my house where everyone could see and how he even asked me for help. The owner said that's part of the meet and greet package, which was never stated to me because whenever I have hired a character they have always come dressed so that the kids will not see them. I am very disappointed with the way everything turned out. The entertainer was very nice and apologetic. I felt bad because he was really nice but I am not happy with the end result. I hired Mickey Mouse for my son's 2nd birthday. I contacted Bloom for scheduling information and within minutes we were booked. It was a very simple process, and considering that I called 3 weeks before the party on a spur of the moment whim, I was impressed by how easy it was. Mickey arrived exactly when we scheduled him for and almost immediately had everybody dancing and singing along to his songs. He gave so much attention to all the kids at the party, not just the birthday boy. They had so much fun. He brought his own music and danced for almost the entire visit. Every single person at the party danced along with him. Being a first time mom, I have never thrown a party with a character visit before. My daughter 5year-old and her friends had a blast with snow white. Everything was scheduled, confirmed and performed beyond great. If I could give Bloom Events character a rate on a scale from 1-10, 10 being the best they deserve 20.the coordinator was professional, attentive, responsive and understanding. Snow White character was professional and always in character. All the adults were "it's the real snow white". The kids were extremely excited about snow white. Snow White, was the real deal. It was well worth the $$, I had the character stay longer than an hour. What I paid for the character was nothing compared to the memories, happiness and excitement my daughter had that day. The characters we hired for my sons birthday party were wonderful. It was overcast and raining on and off all day. I was really worried that the children would get bored or start bouncing off the walls. The performers kept everyone entertained. Wonder Woman and Spider man face painted for an hour, played games with the kids, helped with the pinata and sang happy birthday with all of the guests when it was time to cut the cake. The kids loved them. I received so many compliments from the other parents after the entertainers left. The next day our family got together for mothers day and everyone was talking about how amazing the characters were with the kids. I would hire this company again in a heart beat. read more

We had such an awesome experience with Elmo at my daughter's 2nd birthday party. Our Elmo arrived early, explained everything to me and once getting into costume he was excellent with the kids. He was energetic dancing most of the hour with the children, helped them to crawl through a tunnel, played with a colorful parachute, and ended with freeze dance. Elmo then participated in Happy Birthday and made sure to take tons of pictures before leaving. It was absolutely perfect for a 2nd birthday. All of the kids had a great time. Bloom Events far exceeded my expectations for our son's 6th birthday! Captain America showed up on time and prepared to lead our party guests in some great interactive games. He also lead some games I had planned that went with our theme. He was so friendly, and made sure everyone at the party had an opportunity to have pictures made with him. He even continued to recruit kids to join games and encouraged them to participate. We really appreciate all he did to make our son feel so special. After looking for a great children's entertainment company, I found them. I called and I got all the information i needed it . I hired Elsa anda Anna for daughter birthday . They were totally profesional, acomodating and alot of fun for our small party. Elsa and Anna dress beautifully and everybody had a great time. The kids had a lot of fun. Bloom events did a paw patrol party for us over the weekend and we were so pleased with everything. The face painting was great, the characters were great. They were right on time and punctual. I hired bloom events for my daughter's 3rd birthday. The party theme was trolls & we hired the character poppy. The costume was excellent. The staff was very professional and very pleasant towards me and all the guest. Poppy and the crew interact very well with the kids they play games,they sang songs & dance a lot..they even allow to take plenty of pictures & took pictures of the party for me and sent them afterwards..My daughter had a amazing time!
