I went this morning for candle day! All candles are $9.95. What a steal! They opened at 5 am and were extremely organized! They give you a bag and a cardboard candle holder insert at the door and spray hand sanitizer on your hands. Inside there are employees to help you get what you need to check out quickly. I am not one to leave reviews on any business or personal experiences but, I feel the need to do so in this case. My visit to BBW on 3/8/24 was supposed to be an enjoyable experience for my daughter and myself but was ruined by the store manager Isabel. My day was going fabulous when I got to the store and was immediately greeted by my favorite associate Autumnjoy. Everyone of my visits has been memorable due to her service. I make sure to shop there when she's working because I'm guaranteed to have a wonderful day. Yesterday was my first time seeing her in about a while because she stated that due to personal reasons she's been gone. But as always, she had that joyful energy exceptional customer service and good energy, she goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied with what you're purchasing. You're guaranteed to have a good day if you shopped there and been helped by her. I've seen how she interacts with other customers, and everything she does is genuine and real. I find it bizarre how they don't work by commission or except tips. That just shows that this is who she is, she loves helping people. Yesterday my visit was ruined due to the way I witness how the store management treated her. While I was shopping, there was only 2 others(children) in the store, when I went to pay the cashier(who's name I don't know) that was ringing up a customer was taking a long time allowing the lady she was helping to go back-and-forth to pick out other products and taking up a lot of time, about 8 minutes pass and I'm getting impatient and was ready to leave with my daughter until I saw Autumnjoy walking pass and stopped her to ask if she could ring me up fast because we had somewhere to go and I was getting ready to leave because the amount of time I was waiting was ridiculous. She hesitated at first, but seemed to be very understanding and was more than happy to help. Since it was one reward, I was getting I did not think it would be a problem. As she was ringing me up I heard someone call her name and say "excuse me Aj what are you doing over there" she said it loud enough that my daughter and myself were able to hear her, even though she was speaking in a microphone and her tone was not appreciate it at all. It had a lot of bite to it. She responded back her telling her that I asked her to ring me up because I was waiting in line for an excessive amount of time and then I was getting ready to walk out. I'm not sure if she said anything else to her through the microphone but Autumn's whole expression changed, I'm not able to really explain it, but she just looked really down, though she was still smiling while helping us I can tell that she was bothered by what was said to her. Once I was given my receipt, I felt the need to defend her and explain that I asked her to help me. Isabel proceeded to tell me that she understands, but that Autumnjoy had other "duties" and that she needed her at the front of the store to see to other customers, I looked around and stated that there was nobody else around to help but my daughter and myself so I don't see what the problem was. Her job is to help customers and she was doing it, fabulously. More things were said, and I felt like Isabel was disregarding everything I was telling her. Basically she was making it seem like what Autumn's was doing was wrong and unacceptable. Not wanting to say anything else to her because it was a lost cause I went over to Autumnjoy and said goodbye and thank you for everything as always. My daughter stated to me as we were leaving that she was scared of some sort of repercussion towards Autumn. It so happens that when we looked back at the store we saw the manager walk straight up to her, just looking at her body language from behind you can tell that she was not talking in a friendly manner. I immediately stormed right back into the store and confronted Isabel and asked her if she had a problem and something to say. She said and I quote: " I was asking her what did she say to you for you to come at me like that". I know for a fact she said more than that. I told her she didn't tell me anything, which is true even if she did why would you as a manager feel the need to confront her about an issue that a customer had directly with you. She tried to laugh off the situation, but I was not having it. More things were said. I hope she was not in trouble once we left because that lady seems like the type to retaliate against someone. Honestly, if it was not for Autumnjoy working there I would never shop there, i've had pretty bad experiences in the past, there's probably about four people in that store you can get good customer service but Autumnjoy is by far the best. It was supposed to be good day for me but it wasn't. I have no regrets in standing up for someone that's been backed into a corner with no way to defend themselves. Bath and Body Works should be extremely grateful to have someone like her representing them. read more

Extremely horrible experience with ordering online during sale! Order was placed on Nov 18. Today is Dec 22nd. I didn't receive anything! 2 customer support chats for 20 min each! 2 customer care calls 40 min and 15 min each. NOTHING! The people on the phone are clueless, nobody can't tell you anything! But beggining of the problem is when you receiving the email confirmation that your order has been sent and after a week you checking the tracking number and it says that order actually never been even picked up! Because guess what - the items are out of stock! How can you "ship" something that is not on stock and send the shipping confirmation email! LIE! Then in the phone we are doing adjustment to the order to make sure that all items are on stock, I'm receiving the email confirmation again and guess what - same story! What waist of time! What are unprofessional people, system and all company itself to put customers through this hell for the hand soap lol. What a joke this business is! Shame! read more

The store is nice and organized. The associates were punctual and friendly, but I felt bad for them. Unfortunately, Amy really hindered my experience. I could tell there was a new employee. She was doing great!! While shopping, all I could hear was Amy. I could hear her talking across the store to the new employee, making sure she was handling the exchange correctly. Mind you, in a very demeaning way. As a manager, there are ways to coach your employees to uplift them instead of tearing them down. It didn't stop there, another associate walked behind the line to try and find ribbons. To try and get his attention, she kept repeating his name over and over again, asking what he was doing. "I'm trying to find the ribbons." He replied. She looked at him with raised eyebrows and said "We've NEVER used those, just drop it." The poor guy! I could see by the look of his face, he deals with this a lot. He's just trying to do his job. She said it in such a degrading way. And while she was tendering my items out she picked on another associate. All three of them, talked down upon, like children who can never do anything right. All these associates were trying to do, was better the customer experience. I never want a manager or lead like her. Just be kind, there's ways to manage a team with kindness, even in a stern way. read more

Strolled into BBW at THE FALLS yesterday in order to redeem my coupon for a free mini item (shower gel or lotion). Ok, I'm going to be honest ... I had NO intention of buying anything. Nothing! Just wanted my freebie! I have a huge stockpile of BBW products at home; I need nothing. But ... A lovely girl named Morgan greeted me as soon as I entered the store, and she enthusiastically rattled off like 20 different promotions to me. I basically let all that info go in one ear and out the other. (Remember, I was there just to get my FREE item.) I browsed a little bit ... did some sniffing here and there. Here a sniff, there a sniff ... Sniff, sniff, sniff. I was also approached by the friendly manager (who has worked there, like, forever) and she cheerfully offered assistance ... I didn't really need help, just wanted my free item. Morgan came over to me to remind me about a "One Day Only" special that I should take advantage of. Whatever. I just wanted my free item. Ok, I started to feel a little guilty, like, gee, maybe I should buy something. I picked out a cream from their clearance bin; it was 75% off. Right as I was ready to check out with my free item & clearance item, here comes bubbly Morgan ... Oh no, what now?! She made me try this new lotion which has "real aloe" in it. The lotion has this unique gel-type consistency; it was really nice! SOLD!! THANKS, MORGAN!! Seriously though ... all sarcasm aside ... I truly appreciate exceptional service and Morgan did an outstanding job! I told her so as I left the store. Great employees deserve to be complimented. read more

Dear Bath & Body Works of the Falls, You moved to a smaller location a couple of years back, which makes this location a little cramped. Maybe I'm just clausterphobic, but it always seems that there are SO many people here. I guess that's a testament to your products, hence why I also continue coming here. ;-) The staff here is always friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist with shopping, make recommendations and even carrying stuff to the counter. Two thumbs up!! The products are, well, great. From candles to lotion, from stress-relief to energizing, there's a little bit of everything in between, including stuff for men. I really love this store and I'm obsessed with their products. They carry shower gels, bubble bath, lotions, and candles in every imaginable scent. Whether you are into fruity or floral scents it is hard not to find a scent that will not suit your particular taste. They also have very good deals every once in a while so that's a another great incentive for me. read more

Hello to the yelp world. Let me start off by saying how dissatisfied and angry i was leaving this store today. I could not believe the customer service I received. The people working the floor were great and i did not mind the people restocking. My issue with was with the woman at the register. I will additionally add that as a "child," 17 going on 18, often at stores people do not listen to me or help me because I'm a "child" and that i am automatically a "thief." I am very mature for my age, i dont even like teens myself because they never think with a straight mind and cause mischief or are very disrespectful in general. The stereotype is true, but i would appreciate if that wasn't an automatic assumption of me. About 2 weeks ago, i came to this store and bought a candle and some aroma therapy lavender spray. I happily received a coupon book and was excited to get some Christmas shopping done with some savings. Two weeks later, today, i went to shop and picked out some great stuff. I go to the register very polite and with a smile. I was not rude in any way and was in a good mood because i had come back from a birthday dinner (for myself as i had turned 17). I had a total of about $55.00 and could truly use a coupon. For some odd reason, i was sooooooo upset, i could not find it at all. I checked my bag throughly. I had repeated that i could not find it about three times. Before, during, and after my purchase. Im not demanding a coupon, but at that point, as to quality customer service (in which i have worked in retail for a few months), i should have been compensated and given the coupon anyhow. I could even pull up my previous purchase. The person who checked me out two weeks ago at the register was there, but didn't recognize me. The women checking me out today did not even OFFER the coupon or ask for an explanation. She seemed like she didn't even want to be there. She looked ver annoyed. I was so upset, i told my mom and i BET if my mom were there, she would have been given the coupon. Then when the purchase was over, she happily handed me another coupon book as in a (HA in your face ). What i experienced was terrible customer service and was not fair since im a loyal customer who is purchasing from this location often. Next time that i go, i will gladly take this up with a manager as crazy as i seem. At any other store that i have been to, they would have said " ah, its no big deal here is the coupon." Its $10 off anyways, its not like i was asking for a free purchase. I left very upset and my mom felt the same way. This location needs to work on this issue and work with a customer no matter their age or appearance. read more
