Great customer service love this store. I always take advantage of the Semi Annual Sale the candles are amazing. The only thing they need to get better at in this location is the completion of the online orders I have placed several times but when I arrive to pick up my order it's never completed I have to Waite for them all the time read more

Love this location. The staff were all nice, Kristin (I may have spelled it wrong because I couldn't see her name completely) was incredibly helpful with so many suggestions and such a positive attitude (thank you!). She made our shopping experience even more enjoyable. The store itself is very organized and easy to navigate. There are so many great products and varieties of their soaps, lotion, candles, etc. I absolutely love and appreciate that they have refills of some of the foaming hand soaps. You can fill about 3 and half bottles of your hand soap. read more

Always great deals, variety of product, and helpful and service oriented staff. I've visited Bath and Body Works from Victorville, CA to Traverse City Michigan. Their products and staff are consistent across the country. Kudos to BBW for employee training! read more

Big store, well stocked, nicely organized. Lots of parking spaces. The employees were not very friendly at all though, one of them bumped me whilst on their way to restocking and didn't even apologized and the person at the cash registered was not very friendly either. If it weren't for that, this would be a lovely store to visit. read more

This was my first and definitely not my last time at this bath and body Works since I like how the things wear set up inside. Their prices were great because I win when they had a great sale and I had a coupon. Service was fantastic and I end up paying a little bit less than I expected. It's located inside of a shopping center so parking is definitely not a problem read more

Super clean place. Everyone very welcoming and helpful. Note: covid 19 health and safety measures enforced. Maximum of 12~15 customers at a time. read more

Some folks should never take care of clients and this nasty person Desiree should not be she snatch the coupon out of my hand because it expires the day before and ripped it threw it in the garbage without even asking me. I found that rude and unnecessary. Maybe pay people better so that they are not so unhappy about working in your company or hire folks that want to work with the public. read more

Since their opening, I enjoy coming here for several reasons. One, the set up is continuously changing looking great and inviting. Always show casing the newest products and scent. Secondly, the staff are approachable and knowledgeable and always on the floor to help. Lastly, they are so conveniently located. It makes shopping quick and easy. I went in and tried out the new scents for the season. Must tell you I fell in love with these scents!! Feeling Christmasy already!! read more

It was my mom's birthday and we were getting her free gift and we saw online it can be up to 16.50$ value so we got one like that and we went to checkout to pay and this worker was so rude because it was actually 9.50$ value and she had to explain it and then help us find the coupon we bought some thing else with it and decided to not buy one of the things we had with it she gave us a nasty look and threw it aside. So the service was horrible. She was looking at us like we were stealing from her.I will be going to another bath and body works to be a regular customer there. read more

Ask for Kelsey , she was amazing. Great knowledge on products and sales . Went beyond to look for items that seemed to be out of stock. Advised when new shipments come in ... By far my best experience at a Bath & Body Works. read more

My family and I waited since 11am and they did not open the door. The manager said on the phone they open at 12 on Sunday's. Pursuant to the website they open at 11am. There is about 30 people waiting and the associates are laughing as we all stand waiting. So rude and unprofessional read more

Stay away from this location. The service or non service that the employees provide is horrendous! Specially Lucia. I was pretty much called a con artist to my face. Went to use a coupon from retail me not and she told me that there was no active coupons that she didn't know how I got that. Aside from that her colleague right next to her scanned a phone coupon for her friend who she was ringing up. The lack of professionalism is appalling. Never again will I shop at this store. Save your time the aggravation and go to another location or buy online. read more
