Big store, well stocked, nicely organized. Lots of parking spaces. The employees were not very friendly at all though, one of them bumped me whilst on their way to restocking and didn't even apologized and the person at the cash registered was not very friendly either. Since their opening, I enjoy coming here for several reasons. One, the set up is continuously changing looking great and inviting. Always show casing the newest products and scent. Secondly, the staff are approachable and knowledgeable and always on the floor to help. Lastly, they are so conveniently located. It makes shopping quick and easy. It was my mom's birthday and we were getting her free gift and we saw online it can be up to 16.50$ value so we got one like that and we went to checkout to pay and this worker was so rude because it was actually 9.50$ value and she had to explain it and then help us find the coupon we bought some thing else with it and decided to not buy one of the things we had with it she gave us a nasty look and threw it aside. Stay away from this location. The service or non service that the employees provide is horrendous! Specially Lucia. I was pretty much called a con artist to my face. Went to use a coupon from retail me not and she told me that there was no active coupons that she didn't know how I got that. Aside from that her colleague right next to her scanned a phone coupon for her friend who she was ringing up. The lack of professionalism is appalling. Never again will I shop at this store.
