I like this location because it has its own white barn area with all the candles. It's also big and normally not that packed. Today I passed by with my paper coupons that had recently expired. Normally they use to take them. The girl at the register tells me they do not take them anymore. She rings me up and I didn't get an additional discount. I notice that they send me an email saying I had to finish signing up. So I download their app. I finish signing up and there were at least 3 coupons for me to use. I remember the days when the person at the register would try to get you the best deal possible. I don't know why she didn't mention to me that now it was all online. I would of gotten at least $20 off. If I worked there I would definitely try and help people out. Guess not. I'll go back because I love the space but now I know better. read more

Bath & Body Works is one of my favorite stores! As soon as you come in you smell all their heavenly scents. I absolutely love their candles! I shop here on a monthly basis - can't get enough of their candles, car scent portables, wallflower refills, and lotions. Ooooh yeah and I can't forget their super cute antibacterial. The store is clean, staff is friendly and welcoming especially Zoila who already recognizes me when I come in which is nice (makes me feel at home). The store constantly has sales like this last time they had $6 aromatherapy shower gel and lotion as well as buy 2 3 wick candles and get 2 free. Check them out especially during the fall/Christmas time they have the candles for $9, 10. read more

They had a sale on candles and soaps and I tried to order online but the order was not going thru so I called and placed my order. Eleven days later I received my order to find out my order was not my order. I called corporate and I was asked to go to the and make the exchanges as it would be what I choose and not deal with shipping back and forth. I called before going and I spoke to a very efficient and knowledgeable young lady. Once at the store she greeted me and helped me from start to finish. She made suggestions and gave me things to choose from as well as Checked me out . She was extremely happy and helpful . Enjoyed coming in! If you are near this store come by and ask Kiani to help! I have not gone in to many stores lately and I was so happy to go in this one and be treated in a positive and cheery manner. They greeted me nicely at the entrance and did not bother me unless I needed them. They also exchanged my plug ins that had stopped working for new ones with out any run around. If i could leave it with no stars better, don't get me wrong i love bath and body works, but i got to the store 8:25pm and they were already closed, actually leaving. Yelp, google and safari showed open until 9pm, and i was not alone, there were also two more customers getting there since it showed open until 9pm, they do not even have a store schedule on the doors, but they decided to leave and leave us there. I would put 0 stars if I could worst service ever I bought the candles "into the night" on 10/17 came back on 10/18 to get more of them to be told they're not for sale until the 28th. The sales person calls customer service puts me on the phone with a girl name Stephanie to tell me that Because they messed up I have to pay full price for them instead of the sale going on of buy 2 get 2 free. Awful experience in this particular store. I was at the register, when it lost power. I thought my debit card had gone through since I had already put in my PIN number. The manager insisted it did not go through so I gave her another credit card. Store manager Vivianne wrote in the receipt that register turned off in case I was charged twice. I was charged twice. When I called to tell her she said she would take care of it with customer relations department and would call me back the following morning. One week later, she never called me, never returned my message, and assistant manager Monica never returned call either. I called customer relations and they said they couldn't help me. I am now dealing with credit card directly which is an issue because I signed the transaction, trusting the store. Terrible management, customer service and no respect for customers. read more

I saw all the yelp reviews about them closing early but I didn't believe it and I still came here and of course they had their doors closed before closing time. 15 minutes of driving was wasted! I don't recommend coming here at all. you can't say you're closed at 4pm and at 3:45 your doors are locked. That means you closed at 3:45 or whenever you shut the doors. Makes no sense. read more

Currently waiting in line for the annual candle sale, and received the nastiest attitude from Fanny. She stated that she couldn't get me a bag because she had "5 other people talking to her at the same time". I would had been ok with this statement, if it would've been spoken in an apologetic tone. It wasn't. It was said very rudely. I sympathize with retail workers, as I am one, however, I should not be given attitude nor dismissed by an employee, because they are overwhelmed with their work. I used to work for this company (I won't say which location) so you could say I know my way around this company. I walked into the store and it was much tidier than where I worked. Everything was placed correctly and though there wasn't anyone greeting customers as they usually do, there was the manager on the floor and stocking up all the empty spots throughout the store. She did go up to customers and ask if there were any questions. You supposed to say what sales you have going on but she didn't approach me whatsoever and though usually I would be ticked, I'm glad that she didn't bother me! It is a much smaller store than Dadeland and Dolphin but they seem they have a little bit of everything in stock so that was nice to see. I finally have a store I can go to without visiting my old work location so I don't have any of those awkward moments. read more

I guess there is such a thing as too much hospitality. When I first walked in I was greeted and someone told me about the candle sale special, which I appreciated. Right after that I was greeted by somebody else and the greetings did not stop until everyone in the store had acknowledge me, which was still nice. When I was trying to look and smell the candles, I kept getting interrupted by the sales people to ask me what I was looking for or if I needed any help. One sales associate alone approached me four times, that is too much. I was extremely uncomfortable and could not relax. I had another associate approach me so I can smell her favorite candle, it is ridiculous. When another sales associate asked me for the third time what I was looking for, I told her that I was looking for the 'Leaves' plug in refill, she told me that they didn't have it and asked me if I was interested in the Christmas candles that had just arrived. I thanked her, but declined. She moved away and the refills that I was looking for were right in front of her. The sales associates need to give customers the chance to shop, look, smell and decide without constant interruptions. If we need help, we will ask for it. I ended up not buying half of the things that I wanted because all the constant interruptions and the sales associates following me. I did not enjoy my visit at this store at all. read more

Its almost impossible walking in here and not bringing home half the store. There's always some huge special happening and the sales staff is so knowledgable and always around to help. I specially enjoy recommendations from Zoila at this store. Be on the lookout for candle sales and end of season specials. Whenever I visit this location, specifically the White Barn Candle section, I leave feeling happy with my purchase and satisfied with their customer service! The person who I've been helped by most often has been Mary. She is incredibly sweet and she knows their products 100%! If I'm shopping for someone, all I need to do is give her an idea of who it is and what they like, and she always recommends things that the person receiving the gift loves. When I ask her for recommendations for my home, I always end up getting candles and wallflowers that smell amazing. Also, this store is clean and tidy. If you are trying to decide on whether you should go to this location or to The Falls location, I'd say this location for sure! read more

The service here is terrible. I counted five employees and only one register on each side open with eight people in line in each one. The floor staff walks around talking to each other and yet no one could open another register. So ridiculous. If they would offer free shipping I would order my stuff online so I wouldn't have to go through this aggravation every single time I come here . Every time I go in this store I feel stalked and I end up leaving. It's extremely irritating. I know they are working so I get it, but I can read the promotions and don't need to be told 7 times and 2 by the same person.
