I don't come often to The Harmony store because its a 45 minutes drive from North Miami, however, every time I go, I get great pieces. During Black Friday "week" they had 35% off in all items, so I planned to be there in advance. And boy! It was totally worth it. The store its organized by stones names and colors, what makes the pick selection super easy. And if you are like me that like to touch the crystals before buying them, this layout its just perfect. This time I needed a couple of classic crystals, but the real deal was finding the perfect Lemurian quartz. These quartz are usually very pricey, but I heard so many wonderful things about the Lemurian being great for deep meditations that I was beyond thrilled to score one, with 35% off its regular price. The staff its super friendly and helpful, and I just wish the owner open a second location in North Miami. She won't have any competition, that's for sure. read more

I came here with my wife today and honestly I'm so glad I did. This little shop is at the edge of town but perfect for anybody interested in spiritual beginners or practitioners of whatever your work may be. They have stand alone crystals as well as jewelry and craftables . Books line a portion of the wall with tarot cards and guides. If that's not enough to convince you, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The welcoming scent of nag Champa heavy in the air let me know it truly was a place of Harmony. I'm looking forward to making this shop my go to for all my charm making needs amongst other things. read more

My daughter introduced me to The Harmony Store in March 2021, and since then I've visited the store 7 times and spend at least $100 each time (love the rewards program). It's my happy place. The team -- Frank, Nelly, Stephanie and Jemel (sp) -- are very knowledgeable and easily answer my crystal questions or any metaphysical topic for that matter. They offer an extensive collection of quality items, including raw/rough crystals and stones and jewelry. It's evident that Frank and Nelly take pride in offering the finest pieces. I don't usually take time to write a review but I am very upset. Super overpriced. Bought a carnelian ring a few days ago and it just snapped in half. I called for a replacement and was told no because the rings are usually fragile and they don't do replacements on them. I was never told they were fragile and if so I wouldn't have bought it. A $5 dollar ring for something so cheaply made and a waste of money. Ridiculous and super disappointed. Definitely not a small business who cares about their customers. I loved this store! I was helped when I wanted help, yet they gave me the opportunity to explore on my own with no pressure. It was so difficult to choose, I fell in love with their selection. Very knowledgeable regarding the different crystals, I leaned quite a bit on my visit. One of the owners was even so kind to guide me in how to create a necklace with the beads I was purchasing. I bought a necklace which was nice and ordered a bracelet since the one they had was too big. They told me to come back the following day for it, but it wasn't ready. Three weeks later, still no bracelet. Went back several times and was told that the owner was out, and was very busy. I sent many customers to this store; unfortunately, they complained about this store being too pricey for the area. After my experience, I will not be returning. read more
