Had a pretty good experience with them! I called to order same-day delivery flowers for my Mother's birthday and they were super accommodating. They called me back to say they didn't have the bouquet I requested (I think they were missing the vase), so we agreed that they could send something inspired by the arrangement I wanted. I added chocolate, per the website, and off it went. I had a small issue with the chocolate - the website image is Totally different from what they sent. But I emailed them and they responded quickly, apologized and rectified the situation. The arrangement was larger than I thought and my Mom was really happy. So a very dear friend's wife is in the hospital in Miami battling a serious illness and I needed to send something to say I was thinking of her and my friend. Picked out a tasteful Pink/Purplish Orchid in an attractive vase. I did it all online without calling, giving all the pertinent Hospital Room Details etc. Not being from Miami and having low expectations I figured I'd get some slackjawed underpaid person calling me asking because her hospital room changed or some such nonsense but it never happened. Next day by Noon west coast time the orchid had been delivered to my friends hospital room. My friend told me she really appreciated it and that it was beautiful and made her day!. I wish I had a picture to share but my friend never sent one and I wasn't about to pester him for one with his wife in her present condition. It was expensive considering I've seen similar orchids everywhere for a fraction of the price and the next day delivery was very expensive but WORTH EVERY PENNY!
