Ordered flowers on 8/2/24 for next day delivery. Flowers did not look like what I ordered. I even opted for the premium option. Flowers were not delivered next day as requested and with zero notice of a delay. I called in around 6:30pm and was told they are still out for delivery. Delivered on Sunday instead and the delivery person even asked for a tip because he said he had a hard time finding the place. I was really embarrassed the delivery person would do that. My fiancé ordered flowers from this place in person 3 weeks before he proposed. He had the whole day orchestrated, however, the flowers didn't come, and the was a very pricey arrangement. The simply did not deliver the flowers and when my fiance called to see where they were they said he never ordered them (he did we have a receipt to prove it) and when he showed them the receipt they said "we don't know what you're talking about" and did nothing about it. I needed to find a last minute gift for my mother so naturally I thought about delivering flowers to her for her bday. There were a few requirements: 1. Budget under $150 for flowers (if my chinese dad knew I spent more than that on flowers which my mom would just throw away at the end of the day he would be furious) 2. Had to be same day delivery. 3. Deliver to parents office location. 4. Good reviews so I knew what I bought would be what would be delivered and in a presentable fashion. 5. Flowers that dont have too much pollen in case the patients in the waiting room had a allergy issue. This place did all of that. I just made it under $150, the item I choose looked similar enough to what I choose (missing a few flowers it said it was suppose to have but good enough. Delivered on the right day, same day, looked beautiful. Definitely will use them again. Highly recommend. read more

I got a Groupon and online the flowers looked amazing but beware !!! The florist or the owner of the shop will not work with you or any specifics you might want. Even though I had a groupon I still payed $70 + $15 Gp. I told her specifically when someone was not going to be home and she told me that was fine, she even suggested to change the date of the delivery to February 13th to make this possible. I called the day of to make sure and she brushed me off immediately. She told me they will just leave the flowers on the front porch if nobody was at home that nobody in the shop can assure the time frame the flowers will be delivered....but a week before she was telling me otherwise ? It is not worth the hassle and anxiety having to worry if the flowers will be delivered at the right time. The flowers were gorgeous, I couldn't exchange the white roses to red because it was $25 extra, however the white roses looked very nice. My niece left work to receive the flowers- and they got there when they were told nobody was going to be at home from the 12-2pm window. They are great florists but the customer service is a deal breaker. read more
