So, I thought for my girlfriends 30th birthday (4/18/2016)I'd order her an arrangement and have it delivered to her office as a nice start to her surprise Big 3.0. Then the bad new came and we discovered that they were laying her off the next day (honestly was a relief for me) so naturally I had to redirect her flowers. The thought was, what better time to add a little somethings special to her pretty awful day then by spending a little more than normal on flowers. I saw a very decent arrangement on Yelp (I've attached photos) and thought I'd like that but larger plus more roses. I showed little randy Gay I think that's her name that photo he said no problem. We discussed white/pink orchids, red roses and white or pink lilies. After placing the order I was advised that they could deliver for $30 plus taxes the total amount was 300.00 I said fine and ask for an approximate time for delivery. He stated anytime between noon and 3pm. Have a look for your self we spent our weekend away came back Monday and they were still there as ugly and as cheap looking as ever. Tuesday I got a second opinion from a girl friend she said her grandmother grows all but the "orchid" oh yeah there was only one of those added. Wednesday I ask her and she politely said to be honest I like the ones you get at Whole Foods for me better. Her jaw dropped when I told her the price. Needless to say we called the next day Thursday to discuss a refund and was offered a 90.00 refund. I refused Larry stated we tried to help you take it or leave it you should have complained earlier. Hey it's your work and we found that the flowers were dead by the 4th day anyway sooo that's that. 0 satisfaction with this purchase never again. Nice flowers and beautiful arrangements but they blatantly ignore instructions. My mom sent me an arrangement to congratulate me and asked Flower Bazaar for pink roses and snapdragons, which I would have loved, as those are my favorite flowers. I actually received a gigantic arrangement of red roses and white lilies in a black vase--definitely not the vibe my mom ordered or that I like--although it's nice. I did not want to complain to my mom because the arrangement was beautiful (and looks expensive) but it was quite disappointing when I heard what it was supposed to be instead. :( Possibly the delivery driver gave me the wrong order bc this was not it. read more

It's hard to say limit my compliments for their work ... I use them as often as weekly. Their arrangements week by well are WOW, my home is always wowing my guest and not to say friends. They are amazing at grabbing the concept. Weather it is a friends birthday, he opening of a new business, a tank you flower or simply to tell someone I thought of them. I describe to them the ocassions and the person and they never fail to make the receiptent be wowed. Plus they have all my info to bill me, it is as easy as a 2 min call with the address the name the message an dwaht I want. No painful back and forth or card info or back and forth. And if I'm sending a message in a different language, a quick email will do it. Lastly, they are always so friendly and helpful and excited to do a good job, I'm pleased to call. I ordered here for an arrangement to be delivered to the hospital for my friend who had just had a baby. With all the new restrictions for COVID we ran into so problems. Theresa went above and beyond by sending me a picture before it was delivered and reached out to me when the hospital would not allow the drop off. The delivery drive Julian drove to 2 different hospitals (my fault miscommunication) and went out of his way to ensure the new father was able to receive the flowers personally. The customer service here is fantastic - something rare to find in Miami. I would recommend the Flower Bazaar to anyone wanting to send anything big or small. Great people great quality!!! I live in Cali and my girlfriends were in Miami for a bach/girls weekend and I wanted to send flowers and some champagne to their room. Their hotel didn't have a restaurant so I found the AMAZING Flower Bazaar. Teresa helped me and she was so sweet, I just asked for white flowers, a bottle of pink champagne (not a big drinker so I had no clue what is good), and some strawberries. Since we're all stuck in our respective locations due to travel restrictions, I thought it would be nice to send her some flowers for her birthday. I went into this florIst to buy an arrangement of roses for my wife. I ordered them on a Tuesday, mid-day, with the agreement I would pick them up the next day, likely early in the morning after they opened. I even asked what time they opened up so they knew I wanted to come in for pickup first thing on Wednesday. I paid in full before I left. Well, I wound up going at noonish on Wednesday to get them...but they never did the arrangement. I was NOT happy as I had to get bacK to work. All they could say was "Sorry...". Really?? I asked for mY money back - whicH they did. But no ofFer to make it right. Why wouldn't a real business offer the Customer a free deliVery to make up for their mistake? Or suggest a modded discount or SOMETHING? My only guess is they don't care about Customer Satisfaction. Not uniquue here on the Beach. But, there complete lack oF concern has cost them my business. Customers should be treated with respect and mistakes should be made right. That's just Business 101.... a lesson this shop needs to learn. read more
