Although the online ordering process is a bit 'different' than many others I've encountered... it was a VERY simple process to pick from their list of items. Order, and pay via Paypal. They delivered the flowers, and when they didn't show up (at the hotel) a quick call and they knew exactly who I was and what I ordered immediately from my phone number alone! They were able to provide the person they were left at (at the front desk) and it only took another quick moment (with said hotel) to ensure that they were delivered (no fault of Nila's at all). Do not be dissuaded in any way by their website, or smaller selection... If they have something that "fits" what you are looking for in and around Miami Beach. This is the flower shop you have been looking for! You will save BIG (I have to believe they keep overhead low with a simple website, smaller selection, and targeted delivery area)... The delivery fee alone was less than 1/3 of what another shop in that area wanted to charge (which would have been about half of the entire order cost!) vs. Nila's which was actually the most reasonable fee I've ever paid in over 3 decades to have flowers delivered (and this includes other locations around the world, like India).
