Used this florist due to their location and the beautiful flowers they show online. My complaint is the horrible communication. You cannot reach them. Phone goes to an answering machine and no response via email either. A standard email finally came telling me flowers were delivered. The non communication was disappointing. The recipient of the arrangement said they were beautiful. Would have been nice to receive an email showing me the arrangement. Some florists do that which is great. read more

Nila's was the absolute most cost effective way to send flowers in Miami Beach (which is not known for being inexpensive). Although the online ordering process is a bit 'different' than many others I've encountered... it was a VERY simple process to pick from their list of items. Order, and pay via Paypal. They delivered the flowers, and when they didn't show up (at the hotel) a quick call and they knew exactly who I was and what I ordered immediately from my phone number alone! They were able to provide the person they were left at (at the front desk) and it only took another quick moment (with said hotel) to ensure that they were delivered (no fault of Nila's at all). Do not be dissuaded in any way by their website, or smaller selection... If they have something that "fits" what you are looking for in and around Miami Beach. This is the flower shop you have been looking for! You will save BIG (I have to believe they keep overhead low with a simple website, smaller selection, and targeted delivery area)... The delivery fee alone was less than 1/3 of what another shop in that area wanted to charge (which would have been about half of the entire order cost!) vs. Nila's which was actually the most reasonable fee I've ever paid in over 3 decades to have flowers delivered (and this includes other locations around the world, like India). read more

On 12/27 around 3:30 pm, I called Nila's Flowers to order an arrangement for a friend's birrhday. I was really anxious whether it would be delivered on time since it was so late in the day. I called Nila several times, she graciously answered my every question and reassured me that my friend will received it within 4 hours. Since I had bad experiences with long distance flower deliveries I was a little worry. Around 7 pm it was on the way to my friend, just before the 4 hours Nila told me it would take to make and deliver the arrangement, I was really relieved. But I was truly satisfied when my friend send me a picture of the flower bouquet she received, it was beautiful!!! even prettier than the website picture!. I ordered one with some extra greenery, the one she received has baby's breath and it was tastefully arranged, what a beauty! Needless to say my friend was ecstatic, and I found the perfect florist! I have multiple family members in Miami Beach and I order flowers quite often, now I know who I can count on! Just want to say this place was awesome I made a last minute call on memorial weekend on a Sunday asked for a delivery and they lady was very nice she went out of her way and with all the traffic in Miami Beach it Took her a very long time to get to south beach. My wife was happy with the arrangement she loved it. Not many places would of did what they did for me here, also prices are very reasonable which is not common on Miami Beach first time here but for sure won't be the last...THANKS GUYS read more

Here is the deal... I called and asked if I placed an order online for 12 roses for my wife's birthday will it get filled. The woman told me yes and that it would be delivered right away. I placed the order at 9am, called and checked on the status at 3pm, was told again that they would be delivered right away and by 5pm the flowers still did not get delivered. The sad thing about this ordeal is that the flower shop is only 3 blocks away from my residence and I wanted to support the small local business vendor. If you are in a hurry and want confidence in your delivery, I would suggest using a different flower shop. ***UPDATE*** To be fair, when the flowers were delivered, they were unbelievably beautiful. Great floral arrangement and a great price. They may have just been real busy or were waiting on the vendor to deliver the flowers. Either way, its been a week and the flowers still look brand new.
